We order from this location frequently on Postmates and always get extra meat on our cheesesteaks. My family is very particular so I always give a quick call to the restaurant to make sure they don’t miss the special instructions (especially because we pay $8 extra per sandwich). I’ve spoken to the same man, who seems to be the owner or possibly a manager, on the phone several times. Each time, he has gotten more impolite and seems to be bothered by the calls. This was increasingly apparent today, as he was very rude on the phone and the sandwich did not come with any extra meat as requested and paid for. Since our frequent and larger than average orders are an inconvenience for this location, we will not be returning.

It was okay. Pricey. But I think most subs are now anywhere. Almost $20 for a 12 inch that I split with my boyfriend. They have a bathroom here which is good.

So I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich to go...I get home and there's no ranch in my sandwich. Guess you should call it a chicken bacon sandwich

I came back again because my first visit was such a good experience and I really wanted another #8, and I had another great visit. Betty started my order and was super nice, and then a young lady named Destiny finished it, and she was also really nice. This is definitely my go to spot!!! It was pretty warm in the store though and didn't want to eat in there this time, but I'm sure they will have that fixed by my next visit.

Order two sandwiches here today at 11:10 . One sandwich has barely any meat . And cold for a hot sandwich. And other open up wrapper and a hand glove!! Is it used????? Now throwing this food away!!!!!

Chicken ceasar wrap is served hot! Not good at all. Wrap wet and soggy, tossed half of it. Nothing like the taste of hot lettuce in your mouth for a 1/2 hour. Menu said nothing about serving it hot.

Order a giant #9 to go. I noticed that they went a little heavy on the oil and vinegar, and by the time I got home (live under a mile away) the bread was soaked. I unwrapped the sandwich only to find that it had not been cut, as I didn’t watch it being made in its entirety because my attention was diverted away to pay. I cut it in half at home, and then took a bite, and it immediately did not taste right. I noticed that the bacon and mayo was missing. To recap; three very obvious things (sandwich being cut, bacon and mayo) were all missing, so at this time I decided to drive back and just ask for a refund. When I finally got the sandwich back to the cashier, the initial response from them was just to add mayo and bacon, and then send me on my way. They looked at me in a very confused way when I said I just wanted my money back. I went the refund route because if 3 very obvious things like that were missed, what else that was not as obvious likely went missed? Were the appropriate health and safety standards followed? My guess would be no. I don’t plan on going back, at least not to that location.

Best Jersey Mike's I've been to In The Valley never let me down the bread rolls are always fresh Sandwiches are fantastic just like the TV commercial this is a very busy store and the store manager handles it very well and has a great sandwich maker named Randy I order on the app and pick up I never have to watch them make the sandwich to make sure it's right it's always right. And they are very friendly and user friendly if you want to deviate from the menu I recommend this Jersey Mike's for your lunch or dinner thank God for alicia the manager and her crew.
