This is the location closest to me that I frequent. None of the employees where name tags. There is this one male employee with short brown hair and of course wears the uniform hat. He always has a very Stern blank look on his face and he is not customer service oriented whatsoever. I can understand that food service is not the friendliest place to work. But he brings this place down with his attitude and his unfriendly remarks and responses.

Ordered a turkey sandwich on white and specified no cheese. I have a dairy allergy. Got my sandwich and it’s loaded with cheese on CHEESE BREAD nonetheless. Jersey Mike’s absolutely doesn’t take allergies seriously. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Good thing I just spent 10+ dollars on a sandwich I can’t eat :)

Every visit I’ve expected was a good one. The employees all greeted you once you walked in. The food is consistently delicious and always how I ordered it. The app makes it so much easier to order on the go when you’re pressed for time. Pretty accurate when given the approximate time for pick up.
