Ordered a turkey sandwich on white and specified no cheese. I have a dairy allergy. Got my sandwich and it’s loaded with cheese on CHEESE BREAD nonetheless. Jersey Mike’s absolutely doesn’t take allergies seriously. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Good thing I just spent 10+ dollars on a sandwich I can’t eat :)

Every visit I’ve expected was a good one. The employees all greeted you once you walked in. The food is consistently delicious and always how I ordered it. The app makes it so much easier to order on the go when you’re pressed for time. Pretty accurate when given the approximate time for pick up.

They just don't take pride in making a sub. Just slap crap on all on one end, and when you ask not to have it's Mike's way, they comp an attitude. For a $25 sub and drink, I would think I could enjoy the way I like it.
