Served me moldy food. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down or renovated. Management doesn’t care. I hope this location no longer exists next year, for the benefit of everyone around.

I am assuming the person who seem to be the manager was having a bad day. She was clearly disturbed when she took our order and also when there was a change in the order. We have gone to this location many times, first time I have had a person clearly off of her game. If she is a manager, I might suggest further training for her behavior towards adversity in an order. It clearly made my wife upset with the way we were treated. It will not deter us from going to any Jersey Mike's but if I walk into that location and have another bad interaction with her, I will definitely way out whether we go any longer to that location.

Did not listen to a damn thing. Told him lettuce, mayo and the spices and juices they put on it and he put tomatoes and bacon on it. Told him no tomatoes and just left them on the sandwich. Charged me for bacon that I didn’t want

And no thank you for free food from this establishment. Hey sorry for poisoning you LITERALLY. Trust us to feed you again!!! Horrible food and horrible service. Have eaten at this location for years but will no more✌?

These employees are just there for a check. I eat at Jersey Mikes a couple times a month. First time at this location in years. Bread was hard and real light on Roost beef.

Online orders are done lastDon’t order ahead thinking it’ll be quick, I ordered from here and immediately got hit with a 40 minute online wait, just to get to the store on time and still have to wait another 30, why did I order online and why did I tip if I have to wait?

Horrible attitude & service. Walked in (door was unlocked) @10am. (the time they say they open) The person behind the counter says, "Sure, walk right in! We're open!" With a sarcastic sentament. After trying to feel it out more, it was obvious they were not happy to see us, so we left! First time I've experienced this type of awful service at a Jersey Mike's. I won't ever come back to this location again!

This place suffers from a severe case of shrinkflation - prices keep going up and the amount of meat they give you keeps going down.

I received exceptional service today from Caleb at Jersey Mike's!! Not only did he make me an amazing sandwich, he had an awesome attitude when I told him I had a feed allergy. He put on new glove and placed paper cross the prep board. Super job at customer service!! Appreciate it so much!!
