**BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES**
It’s a crew of young kids that have not been taught about how messing up an order can dramatically, negatively impact someone’s life.
For some people, that messed up order results in a visit to the hospital.
Customer service is critical when a person with an allergy calls to let the restaurant know that a mistake was made and we have a potential emergency room visit brewing.
Clearly, Jersey Mikes has yet to kill a customer and we need some processes and procedures in place so that does not happen.

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. The woman working the meat slicer—wearing clear glasses with tattoos on her neck and left arm—was shockingly rude to her coworker. She was loud, condescending, and created such a hostile environment that it made the whole store feel tense and awkward.

As a customer, I felt uncomfortable just standing there. Honestly, if I were the coworker on the receiving end of that treatment, I would’ve quit on the spot. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially in front of customers. I won’t be returning to this location because of how unprofessional and unpleasant the experience was.

Well, I have been going in there quite a bit lately and they are very busy and I can see why…
I have been to other Jersey Mike’s, but I believe this is one of the top ones in State and for good reason anyhow they’ve got a great team. Nick makes a mean sandwich and then there’s Braydon, Danny, and the general manager there is named DOPI. She is super polite and obviously an upstanding asset to the corporation. She’s always so nice to me. I watch her. She’s nice to everybody.

## Original review/March 2025%% Nick is really a good employee. He made me a really good sandwich and I appreciate it. There were a couple other guys that helped me there too. I just can’t remember their names. It’s a really good store.

Served me moldy food. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down or renovated. Management doesn’t care. I hope this location no longer exists next year, for the benefit of everyone around.

I am assuming the person who seem to be the manager was having a bad day. She was clearly disturbed when she took our order and also when there was a change in the order. We have gone to this location many times, first time I have had a person clearly off of her game. If she is a manager, I might suggest further training for her behavior towards adversity in an order. It clearly made my wife upset with the way we were treated. It will not deter us from going to any Jersey Mike's but if I walk into that location and have another bad interaction with her, I will definitely way out whether we go any longer to that location.

Did not listen to a damn thing. Told him lettuce, mayo and the spices and juices they put on it and he put tomatoes and bacon on it. Told him no tomatoes and just left them on the sandwich. Charged me for bacon that I didn’t want

Thank you for not following up with me to check if I had gotten sick. Thank you for ignoring my calls when I tried to follow up. Thank you for only calling me back once corporate reached out to you! And no thank you for free food from this establishment. Hey sorry for poisoning you LITERALLY. Trust us to feed you again!!! Horrible food and horrible service. Have eaten at this location for years but will no more✌?
