Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered online to celebrate National sandwich day. I ordered a #26, and added grilled onion and salt and pepper. My husband grabbed the order on his way home. We opened the sandwich, and it only had chicken, onion, and cheese. It was missing the bacon, the lettuce, the tomato, and the ranch. It was a chicken bacon ranch. I tipped $3 for a pickup order.. that was completely wrong. Super bummed about the experience I had.

After the manager asked if this was true to the worker who made the sandwich, I got a pending refund for the sandwich. Thanks Brenden.

This review is rflects other negative reviews. No wait time and fairly empty. The tables and floor were dirty. The young person taking our order was rude. It all started because we asked if they could please substitute ham for extra turkey in the club. Apparently they have a no substitute policy. There was a issue because we ordered one sandwich for two people. The person waiting on us was agitated and rude about the order. She start glaring and talking about us until we left. We should have left when she got rude. Our bad

i definitely do NOT appreciate being spoken too the way the manager spoke to me. i didnt catch her name but absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and i will be calling to speak to the gm or agm.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. Mostly dining room cleanliness, and the staffs ability to acknowledge I was even there, focused more on being social with each other.

I’ve had a streak of better experiences, so hopefully something changed behind the scenes and continues.

I got my usual today, a big kahuna. Staff were extremely friendly and actually asked if I wanted a bag for all of my stuff. Which is a first time this has ever happened at a Jersey Mikes for me.

**BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES**
It’s a crew of young kids that have not been taught about how messing up an order can dramatically, negatively impact someone’s life.
For some people, that messed up order results in a visit to the hospital.
Customer service is critical when a person with an allergy calls to let the restaurant know that a mistake was made and we have a potential emergency room visit brewing.
Clearly, Jersey Mikes has yet to kill a customer and we need some processes and procedures in place so that does not happen.

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. The woman working the meat slicer—wearing clear glasses with tattoos on her neck and left arm—was shockingly rude to her coworker. She was loud, condescending, and created such a hostile environment that it made the whole store feel tense and awkward.

As a customer, I felt uncomfortable just standing there. Honestly, if I were the coworker on the receiving end of that treatment, I would’ve quit on the spot. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, especially in front of customers. I won’t be returning to this location because of how unprofessional and unpleasant the experience was.

Well, I have been going in there quite a bit lately and they are very busy and I can see why…
I have been to other Jersey Mike’s, but I believe this is one of the top ones in State and for good reason anyhow they’ve got a great team. Nick makes a mean sandwich and then there’s Braydon, Danny, and the general manager there is named DOPI. She is super polite and obviously an upstanding asset to the corporation. She’s always so nice to me. I watch her. She’s nice to everybody.
