Placed on online order for Chipotle Pastrami sandwiches. When I arrived, staff said they were working on it. I asked again 13minutes later and was told they were out at the moment but I couldn’t wait 25minutes for the meat, I’m traveling so it wasn’t an option. I asked for a refund, the staff on duty could not issue one and called the GM, Brian. She explained the situation to Brian and he said, I’d have to come back tomorrow…. NOT acceptable. Brian asked to speak to me and the first thing he said is, I can come back tomorrow (again traveling), get no refund or he can call the cops. Call the cops!?!?…. for asking for a refund on an item I didn’t get. I said I needed a refund today and police threats were what I continued to receive. I understand that the team member could not issue a debit card refund, a cash option as a refund or a gift card to return would have worked as well, this as a complete disaster in problem solving. I literally was ROBBED at a Jersey Mikes by the GM, Brain. I’m at a loss for words for the exceptional poor handling of this situation. How Brian earned his position to be in charge of people is beyond me.

Not very friendly staff, especially the male staff member. Came in at 10:03am, ordered a mini number 8, guy cut the bread (he cut it into a regular) so unevenly the bottom part was like paper thin, so I asked him politely to redo it so everything wouldn't fall apart when I eat it a couple hours later. He had absolutely no emotion or care. Anyway he redid it and literally did it the exact same way (bottom part thin and not a mini but regular). I was fine with a regular but man the tension was so unpleasant. Needless to say it was sloppy to eat during lunch. You need happier staff who actually care about customer service and customer experience at this location. Owner needs to realize these negative comments are gunna creep up on the business and start seeing a decrease in revenue....please don't let this location become a Golden Arch experience....you guys are a top notch sub restaurant....not Mickey D's. Happy employees equals Happy customers.

Pricing seems to change each time i go in. i ordered a giant number 7 added bacon and paid $18.31(that incls tax). A few days later, came back and ordered the same thing except instead of one i got two. I figured my total would be the same times 2 ($36.62); it was not, it was $43.11, $6.49 over. Apparently staff do not know the pricing or just charge what they want.

We came in for dinner, and immediately we were struck with rude stares and unfriendliness. Throughout the process of ordering, I felt extremely rushed. Instead of allowing me the chance to order, then pay she made me keep going back and forth to pay before my sandwich was even made (we were the only customers there). Both of their tones and expressions were judgeful, and the environment was unwelcoming. When going to wash my hands in the bathroom, the toilet had feces stains on it. Throughout the whole experience, there was a friend of the two employees there (both girls) that was talking to them and was a distraction to their task on hand. Very unprofessional. Above all, when going to get my drink from the soda fountain it was turned off. I asked if it was working and they told me (the customer) to fix it and turn the rusty key on the side of the machine to turn it on. I didn’t feel comfortable doing so, as this is not my machine, so the friend or the employees took the initiative and did their jobs to turn it on. This is not how you run an operation, as it reflects negatively on the company.

This is the worst jersey mikes I have ever been too, the employees are the most unfriendly people, and don’t care about ur food at all. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Normally a great experience. Not today. Staff barely spoke, uniforms were sloppy and the floor and every table was dirty. Trash can was overflowing. It was more important to stock chips lids and straws than to provide a clean table to eat on.Obviously the manager had today off.

Two of the sodas were out. Most of the subs were just like subway. Nothing really special except the Philly cheese steak. They need more options for kids like juice and apple slices. Subway has them beat there.

Food was very good. Seemed over priced though. In terms of service, male employee was very unprofessional. Used foul language including F-bomb behind the counter with female employee while preparing food as if no one was around. She seemed uncomfortable or annoyed with him as if he was harassing her. Won’t be coming back to this location just for that reason.

Called store because they forgot Bacon on the club sub and the person who answered said “We are all human do you need to come back for the one slice of bacon”. Anyways, Bryan or Ryan answered the phone trying to conceal is name but he claimed he was the general manager. The franchise owner should be ashamed, this place is always understaffed, messy, and nobody has a good attitude in there. They couldn’t offer any accountability and I will never be back.
