Jersey Mike's Subs

The rudest employee I've ever encountered works there. She is condescending & talks back to customers as well as blames them. Upon telling her I was going to escalate this her response was "I don't care" and when I got her name she sarcastically spells it out. I will never go back. I have tried to contact the company to discuss and got an automated email stating I will be contacted within 48 business hours. We are now at 3 weeks. No wonder the service is as is.

This is the third time my on-line order was “lost” or “probably went to another store”. Ridiculous.

Pretty fast service but the store felt crowded, the ingress and egress isn't so good. Order your food in the app when it's busy and give them 15 minutes past what the app says (app is wrong, I've found not the staff) and you're fine on that. Also the parking can beva bit much, allow time to park ideally when it's busy or really hot. Great sandwiches though, I especially like the hot ones they seem to taste better by me.

There was either insect or rodent droppings on the top of the bread in my sandwhich and in the wrapping paper. I am reaching out to my attorney to figure out the next step, I did not realize there was until I ate half of the sandwhich. I have photos but I will not provide them here

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop but I am NOT impressed with any of the locations here in Phoenix.

The employees are apathetic to.say the least. For the high price of a sub the employees should at least be friendly and on the ball.

This store and others look messy / sloppy in the evenings. Not exactly appetizing.

The #13 is my fave. Better than anything at Subway.

This is the best sandwich shop in the area. Meats and cheeses sliced to order, prepped right in front of you. Great flavors and fast service.

My wife and I went for her Bday. Ordered thru AP. Order was made in a way she can’t eat.I went back next day, the nice employees suddenly looked panicked. No soultion, no remedy. Tried emailing thru corp NOTHING.I wish I didn’t live the sandwiches sooo much. I’d let it go but I can’t because it somehow really bummed my wife out.Gladly change this to 5 star if there is some remedy, we get mistakes happen.

One particular employee at this location deserves the highest praise for always being so pleasant and an absolute delight to deal with with her customers. Despite being as busy as can be and probably making hundreds of sandwiches a day, she manages to keep a smile on her face and is always super welcoming and friendly. She has got to be the hardest working person I know. Her name is Mia. Please be nice to her and treat her with respect when you visit this location. She’s a treasure!
