Great sandwich. Always tastes great. Staff was pretty good too. Younger kids speak a little fast for me, so I had to ask a few times to repeat. I'm getting older! They asked me about any options for the sandwich and were very polite.
Atmosphere good. It was a little warm out so inside worked out great. I'll be back!

Go Birds!

The sandwiches are so good - very fresh and full; much better than Subway (Subway barely fills the sandwich, and their bread is flat). The service here is wonderful and it's a peaceful place to stay and eat!

Merlin's Mess

I would’ve given it five stars at the Scottsdale pinnacle Peak location but every time I go there they get my sandwich completely wrong after I make them write it down. I suggest check your sandwich before pulling out of the parking lot if you don’t live nearby.

Horrible Customer Service. Will never recommend this Store to anyone. It’s sad these young kids have no guidance or training. Simple stuff can go a long way, clearly no one works on the simple things at this location, “AVOID” at all costs. .

The rudest employee I've ever encountered works there. She is condescending & talks back to customers as well as blames them. Upon telling her I was going to escalate this her response was "I don't care" and when I got her name she sarcastically spells it out. I will never go back. I have tried to contact the company to discuss and got an automated email stating I will be contacted within 48 business hours. We are now at 3 weeks. No wonder the service is as is.

Just went to pick up an online order that I had ordered about 3 minutes before. Michael saw me walk in while they were very busy. He started and finished my sandwich immediately and I was on my way. Amazing service thank you.

Pretty fast service but the store felt crowded, the ingress and egress isn't so good. Order your food in the app when it's busy and give them 15 minutes past what the app says (app is wrong, I've found not the staff) and you're fine on that. Also the parking can beva bit much, allow time to park ideally when it's busy or really hot. Great sandwiches though, I especially like the hot ones they seem to taste better by me.

There was either insect or rodent droppings on the top of the bread in my sandwhich and in the wrapping paper. I am reaching out to my attorney to figure out the next step, I did not realize there was until I ate half of the sandwhich. I have photos but I will not provide them here
