Pretty fast service but the store felt crowded, the ingress and egress isn't so good. Order your food in the app when it's busy and give them 15 minutes past what the app says (app is wrong, I've found not the staff) and you're fine on that. Also the parking can beva bit much, allow time to park ideally when it's busy or really hot. Great sandwiches though, I especially like the hot ones they seem to taste better by me.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop but I am NOT impressed with any of the locations here in Phoenix.

The employees are apathetic to.say the least. For the high price of a sub the employees should at least be friendly and on the ball.

This store and others look messy / sloppy in the evenings. Not exactly appetizing.

The #13 is my fave. Better than anything at Subway.

One particular employee at this location deserves the highest praise for always being so pleasant and an absolute delight to deal with with her customers. Despite being as busy as can be and probably making hundreds of sandwiches a day, she manages to keep a smile on her face and is always super welcoming and friendly.
