This is for all Jimmy John's locations, not necessarily this location. Look at the size of that potato salad, look at it, they are charging 3.29 $ for that. Is that a potato salad for ants? There are not even 2 full spoons of salad in there. Think twice before you order. If you buy potato salad from Costco (10.25 for 80oz) it costs you less than a penny for half an oz. You do the math

I get the same order every time and have never had an issue with it, but this is the worst I have ever gotten. I asked for 3 things on my sandwich and ended up getting just cheese and mayo. Also got a pickle that was wrapped in paper that was sliced open so pickle juice is everywhere. Staff was not very friendly on top of it. Will never be going back to this location.

Smoking pot in the back instead of helping customers. Stood there 5 minutes saw clouds of smoke coming from around the corner inside while standing there for 5 minutes
i was here on February 14,2025 at around 4pm and the guy working there was maybe the rudest person i’ve ever met. he didn’t even acknowledge the presence of me in the restaurant and then gave me attitude and rudeness. he deserves to be fired

It says Ashley took my order but it was a rude Hispanic dude. He could OBVIOUSLY care less about his job. I should have gone to Panera instead. Just EW! Update: Went back since management reached out and his attitude was even worse. He really wanted me wait longer for a freaky fast sandwich. Get better people it’s possible.
What’s the point in reaching out when you just replace a rude cashier with an extremely rude AND lazy cashier? Maverick is his name I believe. Meanwhile my order was still incomplete.

After another Jimmy John's location canceled my catering order at the last minute, I was in a panic trying to find a replacement. Thankfully, this Jimmy John's stepped up in a huge way. Despite the short notice, they quickly took my order and saved my event.
Their team was not only incredibly flexible and adaptable but also genuinely kind and understanding.
