i was here on February 14,2025 at around 4pm and the guy working there was maybe the rudest person i’ve ever met. he didn’t even acknowledge the presence of me in the restaurant and then gave me attitude and rudeness. he deserves to be fired

It says Ashley took my order but it was a rude Hispanic dude. He could OBVIOUSLY care less about his job. I should have gone to Panera instead. Just EW! Update: Went back since management reached out and his attitude was even worse. He really wanted me wait longer for a freaky fast sandwich. Get better people it’s possible.
What’s the point in reaching out when you just replace a rude cashier with an extremely rude AND lazy cashier? Maverick is his name I believe. Meanwhile my order was still incomplete.

After another Jimmy John's location canceled my catering order at the last minute, I was in a panic trying to find a replacement. Thankfully, this Jimmy John's stepped up in a huge way. Despite the short notice, they quickly took my order and saved my event.
Their team was not only incredibly flexible and adaptable but also genuinely kind and understanding. I ordered a meal deal to be delivered and ended uo with a straw but no drink. I put in a survey when they asked and it says they will contact you to fix it but that's not true. This location is totally ok with ripping you off. I now remember why we stopped ordering from this location.

usually a slay but didn’t stay open for cinco de mayo so anti slay… i was really betting on my drunken jimmy’s :((
Ordered a Caprese Salami Pesto sub with no oil. It’s drenched in oil and there’s one drop of pesto. Called and the dude says “I saw it and it looked right” said he’d give me a $5 credit and hung up on me. The sandwich was $12. Sent multiple emails on 4-5-24 and no reponse yet.

We stopped here to take a sandwich to the ballpark. We got the Giant size. They were very accommodating in the preparation and wrapped the two halves separately and each half was also cut in half. The sandwich was able to feef the two of us for lunch and dinner. Lots of meat on it and the bread had a nice texture.
