I made my first to Jimmy John's to pick up a sandwich for dinner. When I unwrapped it, I was dismayed: very little by way of vegetables and meat. The bread was so hard it was inedible. I threw it away, and I won't be back.

Had such a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location in Scottsdale! The customer service here is top-notch—Jasmine, Tay, and Maria were all so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their warmth and positive energy made my quick visit extra special. The location is spotless, the restrooms are very clean, and the service was fast and efficient.
As always, my go-to tuna sandwich was perfect—fresh, tasty, and made just the way I like it. Honestly, this is one of the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever visited. I even made a new friend outside—a cute little crow that stopped by to say hello! 🐦⬛
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the Scottsdale area—you won’t be disappointed. Great people, great food, and great vibes all around!

My Mom and I ordered through the drive thru, there was a semi truck making a delivery next to the speaker and after asking the employee to speak-up, she barely raised her voice and half way through our order she said can you start over. I had to get out of the car and lean over to talk directly into the speaker.
At the pick-up window, we were informed they were out of potato salad, would have been nice to know that at the time of the order.
When we got home, we were disappointed to find the buns so hard I could actually knock on the bottom. JJ's is known for their soft and fresh buns, what the heck! $33 dollars for a crappy lunch for two. I don't reccomend this location at Pima/Shea and will be going to Cousin's subs in the same shopping complex next time.
This has to be my favorite location, the crew here Maria, Tay and Jess are absolutely amazing, they are always kind and very fast. Plus I feel like they make my sandwiches with love lol. Thank you ladies 🤎
