Change your hours online and in the app! I ordered a couple subs through the app at around 8pm. Only to get a phone saying that they’re closed and that I’ll be refunded in the next 5 minutes. Three days later and I have no refund. I contacted the store only to be told it will take up to a week. This store needs to be more organized and clear. Don’t take hours and money when you are closed.

I don't know, how about you tell one of your franchisees that their location is diluting your brand.Failures across the board.
