Been coming to this location for years. Got a tuna sub today with 1/3 of the bread with no product.
Unacceptable!!
Go to a different jimmy johns. 3rd time they have missed a primary part of the sandwich (cheese and/or Avocado on the veggie, tomatoes, mayo). Sandwiches are very inconsistent and often forget the main ingredients that make up the sandwich.
Great place to get a healthy
Great spot and great staff. Managed very well. Had a delicious and fresh tasting catering package for a birthday. We mixed up the dates when we ordered and they took great care of us. It worked out well. Highly recommend for lunch or events
Clean store! They knew the customers by name. Food came out perfect!

Jimmy is Freakin SLOW
This was the worst Jimmy John's experience that I have ever experienced. We placed our order on the app like we usually do. When we went to pick up the order, it was not ready, which was fine. However, people who were just walking in were getting their orders before mine. I asked the staff where my order was, and they found it sitting on a back counter. So I grabbed the order and left. When I got to the car I noticed that one sandwich was missing. I went back in and told the staff, and they made another sandwich. As it turns out, it was not the sandwich that I ordered. The sandwich was not good and I couldn't eat it. There were no condiments and no cheese. The sandwich was very dry and did not taste good at all. I definitely will not be going back to this Jimmy John's location at 90th Street in Scottsdale and, in fact, may take a break from Jimmy John's all together for a while. I definitely would not recommend this Jimmy John's.

There must be new people working… usually love this one because they always add my veggies when I ask. The past 2 times there has been literally nothing on my sandwich! Not worth the money.

I ordered the #2 Big John roast beef sandwich through the drive-through. When I made it home, 25 minutes away, I discovered that they made my sandwich with the end of the roast. The slices were unappetizingly thick and the actual end was in the sandwich. I bit into the end and it was pure slime. The sandwich was disgusting and I threw it away. I gave the store the opportunity to correct the issue by using their online feedback form, but I was never contacted by the store. They would have avoided the negative review by calling to apologize and make things right.

I wouldn't bother posting this review if it wasn't for their entire ad campaign including the phrase "Freaky Fast" on everything from the T-shirts the employees wear, to their cups, to their drive-thru window advertising, it all says freaky fast. I even commented to the manager while I was waiting at the drive-thru that I thought they should change their slogan. She replied, "at least I didn't say what another customer said which was they should change it to freaky slow." I replied that I had just kept that part to myself. Lol.
I had intended to go to Portillo's for lunch, but I saw they had a line and I was hungry, so I decided to go through the Jimmy John's drive-thru instead, as there were only two cars in line. I think I would have been through Portillo's faster; sorry I didn't pay attention to the cars in the drive-thru just for my mental verification.
I ordered a number five Vito combo meal with no cheese, extra dressing, and cut in half. It took about 15 minutes for the other two cars ahead of me to get their food, and for me to get to the window. I didn't see what the front car ordered, but I did watch the car in front of me, because I was curious if maybe they had a big order, as they were in line for such a long time. No, it looked like just a regular bag.
When I got to the window, the guy operating the drive-thru seemed definitely confused about something and spent a long time kind of filling my soda and contemplating something while doing it. That was when I commented to the manager that walked by that they should change their slogan. She did apologize and say that they had new staff. It was then that another guy came over and told me that the lady ahead of me had "grabbed the wrong sandwich and driven off with mine and left hers there." And that they would have to remake mine.
Now this makes no sense. How could the lady in the drive-thru ahead of me that I watched be handed her bag and drive away "grab the wrong sandwich???" They handed her the bag, so obviously they gave her the wrong sandwich and then just put the blame on the customer. Ridiculous!
So, I sat there for another literal five plus minutes while they remade my sandwich. Finally having my beverage my chips and my sandwich, I drove away to park it in a tiny patch of shade and eat my lunch.
Well, I waited all that time for a sandwich that was remade specifically for me, yet nobody read the directions for the sandwich. It most definitely had cheese I had to peel off and so little dressing I reopened the sub two additional times to see if there was even any on it. Considering how long I waited for the first sandwich and how hungry I was, there was no way I was going back to have it remade a third time. So I just ate it as it was. :-(
In conclusion, I would say do not go to Jimmy John's unless you have a lot of time on your hands, don't care if your sandwich is made right, and just generally don't give a s*** about what you eat for lunch. Because this is not a good experience. Next time I'll just wait in the line for Portillo's.
