i went through the drive thru at 7p.m and i pulled up to the window and this big old woman who apparently is the manager was giving me my order and this young girl was behind her with a sign that said “help me, she is crazy” then the old one saw the sign and started yelling at the poor girl and they started cursing at each other and apparently she pulled out a knife, she wasn’t making the sandwich or doing anything where a knife should be in her hand. i didn’t see the knife but the young girl yelled that she has a knife and I had to sit there for 3 minutes with them yelling at each other. no one else but me was in the line. i got my order and they forgot the chips? i do not think any of this is the young girls fault, i believe the workers at this establishment are mistreated by the mean ugly manager there and she should be fired or demoted, preferably fired? also most jimmy johns employees suck as i have noticed, all the stores near me have 2 stars. don’t understand why they can’t hire honest good working people

Jimmy John's is a great place. The prices are adequate and having a drive-through certainly is convenient. But as a former training store manager in the restaurant business, I'll tell you what they're all missing. And by all I mean McDonald's Burger King Wendy's anybody with the drive-thru. They need to limit the orders to under $35 for the drive-thru too many times, especially on a Friday night. You get stuck behind some guy who's buying dinner for his entire family and should be going inside the restaurant to place these large orders instead. He's taking up our valuable time going through the quickie line. At a certain point in the order the order taker should say. I'm sorry sir. You've reached out 30 or $40 limit. I'll be happy to transfer that order to in store purchase if you'd like to park and come inside.

A lot of negative reviews here, but my experience today was fine. Order was prepared before my credit card had processed. Turkey Tom with provolone. Friendly guy took my order. Store was clean.

I ordered what was supposed to be a double meat roast beef and provolone. This is the pathetic excuse for a sandwich they had the nerve to charge me 20 bucks for. A single layer of roast beef with no cheese.Inspect your order before you leave. Or before you leave a $5 tip. I'm really very pissed about it. I was looking forward to this sandwich for the last 4 hours of my shift just to unwrap it and find this disappointment.Y'all owe me a proper sandwich or my money back.EDIT: And now they want to direct me to another website to say the same thing I just said here. Un-friggin-believable.

Worst JJ's EVER. No meat (as ordered) on sandwich. Did not put all requested items in order. Took it upon themselves to sub my drink with no refund for price difference. Would not answer phone even after 10 repeated dials. Not a great experience for someone in the hospital who can't get out for their order. Terrible and if I could give -5 stars, I would.

Best rolls goin. I buy an extra roll on occasion to create my own at home!!!Best of both worlds. Not quite Jersey Mike's but close. The worst Rewards program in the ? world!!! If your lucky you'll get a pickle, or a lil chips ,big woop.

I ordered it to be delivered at1pm.Didn’t show up till 2pm.I called and the girl said she didn’t have any help at all.
Not only did the server drop my order on the ground when she went to hand it to me, I got home and the sandwich was missing ingredients. Pretty poor service and attention to detail.

I can't say enough about Aryanna and her crew! They were spot on w/all the changes we wanted, quick to get the order done and very friendly. We order from this location fairly often and have never had any issues w/our order or the staff

I would give it a zero if a could. The people who work here seem to be on some sort of drugs all the time, they are incompetent and messed up my order three times! This location is very close to my home and I would rather drive to the next nearest one adding an additional 20 minutes to my drive because the staff is so bad here. Three strikes for me and I'm a very forgiving person. Do better
