I was in and out within 5 minutes. Amazing! I walked in, ordered a regular tuna sub. By time I picked out chips and paid, my sub was being handed to me, fresh! The team at this location is all about service. Unbelievable job guys!

This is a fantastic location! The guys are always super polite and wrap my sandwich the way that I asked for. In half, wrapped separately for car enjoying 😉. From the GM to the staff and food, this is my favorite sandwich location.

Avoid, extremely poor customer service

It was my first time there, and I finally tried the food. I loved the toasted sandwiches. Surprisingly, the bread was delicious, the service was excellent, and the place was spotless.

the two men that work there are awesome great attitudes and make great sandwiches. the girl im not sure if she’s new is sloppy lazy didnt cut my sandwich didnt bag it or do anything and she was super short on portions. i love this location but if that girl is making the sandwiches im sure im not the only one coming back

Horrible experience, beginning to end. Cashier offered $5 off if we spent $20 or more so we upped our order then were told we couldn't get the discount after all. I asked for extra tomatoes and they placed just two slices, asked for cucumber and again got just the two slices. The amount of roast beef on this "giant" sandwich was not even enough for a little John. Gonna include a picture

Craig is awesome!!! We’ve been getting delivery from this location for last couple years and they are always super quick!! Easy option for last minute dinner idea for my son! He loves it!! If ever there was even the slightest delay in delivery time Craig has always been super accommodating and definitely has the customers satisfaction in mind! Oh by the way the brownies and cookies here are delish!

Shame on you JJ! I ordered a #4, the turkey sandwich. When I got home, I opened the sandwich and found 2.5 ounces of turkey plus lettuce and tomato. This cost me $8.39 plus tax. I know JJ got bought out but they’re not going to get any repeat business if they consider this a normal serving.

Zero stars if I could!

I placed an order through a third-party catering service over 24 hours in advance, which was confirmed twice by Jimmy John's. Everything seemed fine until 30 minutes before the delivery time, when I received a call from the catering service saying the restaurant didn't have any delivery drivers. They asked me to come pick up the order — despite me being 18 miles away and unable to do so in time for my event.

Instead of finding an alternative delivery solution or transferring the order to another location, Jimmy John's canceled the entire order, ruining the event. To make matters worse, they canceled after the scheduled delivery time and offered no compensation or help. If they knew they wouldn’t have drivers, they should have notified me earlier, so I could have made other arrangements.

This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would caution others against relying on this location for any important event.
