I wish I had taken a picture before eating my sandwich, or a picture of just the bread I got. I NEVER write reviews on any restaurant, but I was so upset with how my sandwich came out. I ordered the double protein #15 tuna and practically got myself a bread and provolone sandwich only. I love Jimmy Johns, but I won't be returning to this location </3

Vegetables tasted off, mealy tomato’s and cucumber cut so thin you don’t even know they are on your sandwich. Sliced wheat bread cut thin not like typical Jimmy John’s.. disappointing and won’t return to this location. We got chips and it would have been a better deal to do the combo and no one cared to tell us that. Charged for cheese on a “favorite” $10 sandwhich too. Ridiculous

I ordered a Contry club, they gave it to me without provolone and without ham; I ordered a giant hunters club and it didn't have provolone ñ. They did it how they wanted

Excellent customer service today! My husband is in crutches and the female worker helped him to his car with the takeout. He didn’t get her name but thought it was worth the shoutout! Great lunch

Issues everytime here. Management and ownership must not care about this store. Everytime I go here I have an issue with my rewards and can not use my free sandwiches. Always a new excuse why it's my fault. Today I spoke with a "manager" Steven; he was unable to give me a proper explanation and when I walked away he says "oh I was going to promo that for you" but he never did. Jersey Mike's is a much better option around here!

Made the mistake of getting a sandwich here today. The sandwich was pretty gross. Threw most if it away. The store itself is also sort of gross and I should have just left. The people working their are not very clean either as in they look like they all needed showers. Greasy hair falling in their faces and just a disgusting g experience

I rarely write negative reviews but I had to on this one. I went to this location on Thursday, September 14th, 2023 at around 4:00pm. The customer service I received here was the worst customer I have ever received in my entire life. I couldn't order a sandwich without a long sigh, judgement, and rude comments. I was the only person in the restaurant and there was no need to rush. I have never left a restaurant so unsatisfied before and am never coming back. I hope the manager or better yet the owner of this franchise sees this and does something with the employees that we're working that day and time because that was horrible and absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would.I haven't eaten at a Jimmy John's in about 4 years. I walked in, looked at the menu but I have trouble seeing. I could see slim subs only came with meat and or cheese but I couldn't see what came on a regular sub. I walked to the counter and asked what comes on a regular sub. The cashier says we have all kinds of subs just order one. I said ok if I order a turkey Tom what comes on it. He then proceeded to tell me with attitude that's how I ask the question and started to ramble about how they have all kinds of subs. I walked out. I guess I'll try again in another 4 years and it definitely won't be this location.
I cannot believe what I got. I ordered a veggie sandwich and they barely add a teaspoon of avocado. I even asked the clerk if the avocado spread was large which he told me he would make sure to add more. This is ridiculous!

Ordered food from them over 2 hours - they keep saying "food will be there any minute" - can't get ahold of their staff and have 0 explanation on solving it - absolutely won't help do anything different - don't order from there and especially don't use doordash

Slowest Jimmy John's in Scottsdale. I have placed orders via the mobile app and in store and it take on average 15 minutes to get food when I have ordered in store and about 20 minutes when I place orders on the app. Jimmy John's used to be quick and friendly, but that's not the case at this location. I have given this location multiple multiple chances to "redeem" itself but I won't be visiting again unfortunately.

Got lunch for our work crew and it was prepared and correct. Tasted good and all 10 people loved their sandwiches. Thanks again for a great lunch.

Wasn't impressed. Late to open on time ( by 1 /2 hour ), they won't toast their bread,if requested , and the staff just were not service focused, I thought. Hope it was just a bad day and this isn't the norm.
