Been coming to this location inside the mall for over 5 years. The disrespect and unprofessionalism was intolerable. The cashier was rude and the staff had a I don’t care attitude. Everyone’s mood was like they didn’t want to be at work. The gal that was doing the shakes was slamming her equipment. I even had to clean my table space on the counter. Terrible service, terrible place, will not return. If ownership or management cares to reach out to me you can.

Estrella at Johnny Rockets is absolutely incredible. She’s warm, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. Her energy lights up the whole restaurant, and her service is consistently fast, friendly, and genuine. Johnny Rockets is lucky to have her—she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back.

This is a great place to stop by and enjoy a nice meal. I genuinely have no complaints. The customer service is great and the food is great. I’ve only had awesome experiences here. (I personally loveee the chili cheese fries and would also recommend an oreo chocolate shake).

Great food and great service. Estrella and the cook were amazing. Burgers were so delicious and service was amazing!! 🤗 we went early during the day right before lunch and it was perfect timing as it gets very busy. Even though it was busy after a while, the service that was given was still great 😊 thank you!!

First I want to thank Franklin for making things right for us on Saturday evening (10/04). The restaurants receipt machine was printing blanks and that caused the kitchen to not receive my order. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my food. I understand things happen but at that point I was even more hangry. Franklin realized the error and corrected it when I came back up the second time to get an eta. Franklin made sure to give me a full refund and we received our order. Thank you again Franklin!

To begin with I was in a hurry, so I am a bit frustrated. That being said I requested 2 rocket burgers 1 with no cheese, strawberry shake, fries and onion rings. My order was partialy wrong. The server said I never requested no cheese. Which I did. After a min or 2 of back and forth arguing he said he will remake me the burger. I had my son and my friend waiting for me me over 15 min for them to remake my hamburger. They serviced 5-7 ppl and still nothing. I requested a refund, and the waiter said he did not know how to issue a refund. He said he would need to ask his manager (Cisco). After waiting another 10min for his manager (Cisco) to issue refund for my hamburger. I gave up and said I'll just handle refund with my bank. Before I called my bank I did try to call their store # listed on Google but it rang and disconnected. I wouldn't say I would never order from them again, I just wouldn't order from that location ever again.

nice place, great burgers. Customer service was bad, they guy that worked on 8/7 was very rude. I understand bar was closed but he should've been a little nicer about it. my brother is still very upset about it and def not going back

The menu does clearly state that boca patties are no extra charge. Yet, we got charged $2.50 anyway. We asked why we're getting the extra charge when we aren't asking for the impossible party, and the worker got pressed at us for asking a simple question. Bad service and dishonest about what their menu states. If there was a reason, it was poorly communicated. But I guess that's what you can expect from a mall food court restaurant. Won't come back.
