To begin with I was in a hurry, so I am a bit frustrated. That being said I requested 2 rocket burgers 1 with no cheese, strawberry shake, fries and onion rings. My order was partialy wrong. The server said I never requested no cheese. Which I did. After a min or 2 of back and forth arguing he said he will remake me the burger. I had my son and my friend waiting for me me over 15 min for them to remake my hamburger. They serviced 5-7 ppl and still nothing. I requested a refund, and the waiter said he did not know how to issue a refund. He said he would need to ask his manager (Cisco). After waiting another 10min for his manager (Cisco) to issue refund for my hamburger. I gave up and said I'll just handle refund with my bank. Before I called my bank I did try to call their store # listed on Google but it rang and disconnected. I wouldn't say I would never order from them again, I just wouldn't order from that location ever again.

nice place, great burgers. Customer service was bad, they guy that worked on 8/7 was very rude. I understand bar was closed but he should've been a little nicer about it. my brother is still very upset about it and def not going back

The menu does clearly state that boca patties are no extra charge. Yet, we got charged $2.50 anyway. We asked why we're getting the extra charge when we aren't asking for the impossible party, and the worker got pressed at us for asking a simple question. Bad service and dishonest about what their menu states. If there was a reason, it was poorly communicated. But I guess that's what you can expect from a mall food court restaurant. Won't come back.

Today I drove all the way to Scottsdale to visit Johnny Rockets. When I arrived, the waitress offered me a menu. I told her I knew what I wanted. She told me to Wait. I said take your time. After a while, she completed cleaning up after a party that had left. She could’ve easily taken my order and submitted it and then completed the cleanup. I sat where I could watch my order being processed.. It was nerve-racking as the ingredients were spread all over the counter where the cook was working.. The staff was having a nice chat and finally one of them noticed that my order had been sitting there for some time. It was very frustrating to me to watch him at the opposite end of the work area to wander around, offering my hamburger to others who refused it. He then asked the waitress who it should go to, and she pointed in my direction. Meanwhile, my wife had gone to chipotle ordered her meal, brought it back and ate in front of me while I was still waiting on my hamburger, which when I got, it was as cold as a fish. No more Johnny rockets for me for a while.

I really like Johnny Rockets dinners. This was the worst location I have been to… with that said it was still good. This is in a mall food court and I feel the quality was not to the standard of others I have been to. It was busy at the mall food court which takes away from the Johnny rockets vibe. I have been to others in food courts in Vegas that executed better than this one. Food was good but not worth the price or the wait. I would skip this location and grab something quicker and cheaper. Shake shack is also in the mall.
