Wanted to write a review because Brian was so great. But really, Brian was a phenomenal server. The food was good and didn’t take too long and there are nice big picnic tables to sit outside by the misters.
Our whole visit was fantastic thanks to Brian. He was super attentive, very helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and I loved the ketchup smiley face.
Brian was attentive and friendly. The pinnacle of a food service professional. Truly a pleasurable experience.
Brian is lovely. thanks Brian.
got the smoke house with an extra patty, and fries.
Brian sweetness and catering made us feel so welcome. plus the food hit the spot
I've had much better experiences at other Johnny Rockets. These burgers were overpriced and overrated. I honestly feel like I could have cooked better burgers at home. The service was terrible and not once did the server come back to check on drink refills until the end of the meal. There are much better burger places in Scottsdale for the price of what you pay here.
Worst service. The hostess will try and tell you it’s a 30 minute wait for food when the restaurant is half full. Are you kidding me! Worst Johnny Rockets in the US!
Don't give you napkins or check on you during your stay. 5 workers, and they all just stand around. The ice cream was very runny and melted from the time they brought them to us.
Overpriced for mediocre burgers.
Clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was beyond basic. A 6 year old's food truck would make food with more to it. Paid waaayyy too much. Go ANYWHERE else.
Service was rude, disrespectful. Staff kept standing around, talking bad things about their customers. Took 2 hours just to get our food. Food was ice cold when told staff to reheat, they got mad.
Restaurantji Recommends
Order online, said it was ready. Showed up and food hadn’t even been started. Place is a joke. Hostess was rude and complaining about her job. Don’t recommend eating at this establishment!!
I feel like Johnny Rockets has gone down in quality over the years. I feel like the food was overpriced. I remember when they took the 50's diner theme to the max. I used to get milk shakes in a glass with the extra portion in the metal mixer on the side. Now we get paper cups. The burger feels like basic frozen cooked fast food instead of hand crafted. The service was good.
overpriced on chicken sandwich, , wilted slice of lettuce, tiniest piece of chicken ever. ice cold, filthy bathroom.
Food was ok. I’ve eaten at many Johnny Rockets but this location wasn’t my favorite one by any means. Had to ask for everything—napkins, condiments empty and needed replaced, etc ….The young kid working literally rushed us and it was dead! The kids loved the hats lol but other than that, not worth the price.
Despite the whole area being busy, the personnel made us feel so laid back. The gentleman who served us, Misha, was incredibly attentive and kind to all our requests.
