I came into this Johnny Rockets with my two kids after visiting the aquarium. The service wasnt good. The cashier met me with a scowl on his face. He wasn't very friendly or greeting to say the least. They did bring us our food in a timely fashion however the burgers they served us were slimey and plain out disgusting. The atmosphere was unpleasant. If you're at The Boardwalk in Scottsdale, AZ, choose another place to eat.

Food similar to Johnny Rockets. They dont have the free playground anymore. Super friendly staff, very nice to sit outside. Hat, crayons, color paper activity for the kids.

At this location i was with my friends and I came in to sit down then our waiter proceeded to ask oh don’t you guys want to sit outside he told us Several times to us. We told him no we want to sit inside time so then as we proceeded to enjoy our time, I got myself a Dr. Pepper and it was water down so i let my waiter know he said ok then he went to go fix it, but before he did my friends told me he took a sip out of my cup I guess to make sure of it. When he came back with my drink, he asked me do you wanna taste it first I tasted so I did then I said yeah it’s better now but then he said are you sure do we need one of your friends to taste it for you?I will not be coming back and I hope Misha gets a serious talking too.

Family of 6 after 20% tip cost us $120! There is nothing special on this menu. Very very overpriced hamburgers. The hamburgers don't even come with french fries they cost extra. What sit-down restaurant makes you orders these separate, especially at this cost? The flavors here are lacking. Save your money and go to Five Guys and you'll be significantly happier and your money will go further.

We almost didn’t go here because of the negative reviews but I’m so glad we did! Came in with a party of 10, were seated immediately even though it was busy and the restaurant was more than half full. The service was outstanding and the food tasted great. They really went above and beyond. Go here, you’ll be glad you did!

We had a great experience at Johnny Rockets while at the Arizona Boardwalk! There were four of us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better meal after browsing the aquarium. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with fast and friendly service that set the tone for our meal.
Now, let’s talk food! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! We had the Crispy Chicken Club Sandwich, the Philly Cheese Steak, the BLT, and the Bacon Cheddar Burger with sides of fries and onion rings.
Everything was served hot and fresh. The lively atmosphere and upbeat staff made our meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a quick, tasty bite and a cheerful vibe while you're at the Arizona Boardwalk, Johnny Rockets is the place to be!

Great food, great vibes, great service!!! Misha made us feel welcome and taken care of. We notified him of my mom's peanut allergy and he ensured her food and milkshake were handled with upmost care, making our joined bday luncheon one to remember. BEST spot to hit after an adventure through any of the attractions here, especially the aquarium. Seating outside was wonderful and, again, Misha really made this whole experience amazing! We came here a few years ago and the experience wasn't so great, so happy our traditional spot redeemed themselves ?? THANK YOU AGAIN MISHA !! You truly were wonderful, we hope we didn't harass you too much =^.^=
