I came to this location with a friend of mine, and it was an absolute blast! I am not 100% sure if I remember the servers name, but I think it was Erick or something, but he went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I had everything we needed, and answered all of the questions I had about some items on the menu.
Definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning.

Went to the OdySea Aquarium & Museum of Illusion. After having fun for a few hours definitely worked up an appetite. Johnny Rockets is always a great choice for a nice meal. This was the first time I've been to this particular location. Our server was great! Food as tasty as ever. Totally enjoyed our trip to this Johnny Rockets. Definitely recommend this location! Great service, food fresh & hot! Atmosphere was relaxing, quite & peaceful.

After walking around the Arizona Boardwalk this was a great stop before going home. Johnny Rockets had the music playing and delivered a classic cheeseburger, grilled cheese and hot fries. I'd recommend

We just had the best service we've had in a LONG time. We stopped in for milkshakes with the kids, and Brian was amazing and made it a great experience with awesome customer service! And the shakes were delicious.

We went on a Thursday for lunch, and there was no wait but it was busy. We waited 10 minutes after being seated but no one took our drink order or even looked our way. The servers were around - some chatting behind the counter. We left and went next door to the dinosaur-themed restaurant. There, the service was great and we got our lunch in s timely manner. I would hate to see what happens on a VERY busy day with a wait. There are too many restaurants close by to put up with bad/no service.

Wanted to write a review because Brian was so great. But really, Brian was a phenomenal server. The food was good and didn’t take too long and there are nice big picnic tables to sit outside by the misters.
Our whole visit was fantastic thanks to Brian. He was super attentive, very helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and I loved the ketchup smiley face.

I've had much better experiences at other Johnny Rockets. These burgers were overpriced and overrated. I honestly feel like I could have cooked better burgers at home. The service was terrible and not once did the server come back to check on drink refills until the end of the meal. There are much better burger places in Scottsdale for the price of what you pay here.
