The manager needs a serious attitude adjustment. Let this place go under, the service people were sweet and trying but this is a place all of my kiddos are never coming back to. The poor girl he was supposed to be training look scared to ask for help for a cash and card transaction. This is unacceptable for a manager (I’ve been a manager and I would NEVER treat my people that way, we’re a team). Corporate needs to get involved here or have a secret shopper come in. I would not recommend this place until management changes.

More than half the restaurant was EMPTY . Yet they kept turning people away and they we’ve been waiting for our food for more than 30 minutes. No manager in sight. Definitely would not recommend we thought coming here after the aquarium would be a good idea since it was nearby!Most horrible mistake!! Take your business elsewhere people. Take the drive! This is definitely not worth itAlso! Besides the tables being empty & not cleaned the few staff are just sitting behind talking standing around, no one seems to be in a rush to help us out!!

There's a giant sign that says wait to be seated. We waited to be seated, and someone finally told us they were *closed* at 11:30am because they had 1 catering order fir the Johnny's Playground camp next door. Just put up a sign & lock the door, then.Also, they had already delivered at least 50 meals (multiple full trays) and I walked in assuming they were almost done fulfilling the camp order. This sucked, with 2 kids in tow. If you're understaffed, thst's ok, just post it and I won't even try. (Drove to a Sonic south of AZ Boardwalk and ate basically the same thing, for less $.)

I’m going to find it difficult to give accurate stars on this one. At the time of posting this it’s going to be only a service based review. My 3 star overall review is due to the fact that there can be significant improvements here ti make the experience better. Coming in the place wasn’t I very busy at least not from what can be seen inside or out. Now to no fault of the individuals working, they had a wait at the door and intentionally were making people wait 5-10 mins before seating them regardless of how many tables were open. While it seems frustrating I can only blame management. This place is heavily understaffed for what it is and for the amount of people that come through here.

Waited to be seated for almost 10 minutes on a weekday. It was not busy at all. Nobody else was waiting besides my family. Both servers looked at us several times yet never acknowledged us. One even came up to put away menus and still nothing. We ended up walking out.

Sticky floors. Took 20 minutes to be asked what drinks we wanted. Finally ordered and got lukewarm food. Place was reasonably empty. I paid a 46 dollar bill with a 100 and the server gave me $50 in change. Wasn’t even worth my time to argue it. Consider it your tip, eventhough you didn’t come to my table once after I placed my order.
Great experience! We came from MI for a work conference and got lunch here. Food and service was great. I ended up leaving my work credit card there and didn't realize until we were back in MI. The manager, Keenan, mailed it back to me which was so incredibly kind and above and beyond!! Thank you!!!!

Would of gave zero stars but Yelp does not let you to. It was so slow and the service sucks!! What the hell guys...... get your $hit together!! Had a great time at the Butterfly Land and decided to have lunch here. So disappointed and JR ruined our day. We would have been better off at McDonalds!!!
