This spot is no more than an average breakfast place. First, I’d suggest removing “Coffee House” from the name until a proper coffee program is in place. The coffee was both sour and bitter, likely due to low-quality or improperly roasted beans. The lattes were small, with flat, unimpressive milk froth. While the coffee flights may look great for Instagram, they’re overloaded with sugar and lack depth.

The food was equally underwhelming. The poached egg tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, a common technique when poaching eggs, but the balance was completely off. Worse, the egg wasn’t even properly poached. The avocado toast was built on cheap, low-quality bread with no sourdough option—disappointing for a place trying to offer a trendy breakfast menu.

Service was a mixed bag. The front staff and waitresses were great, but we were asked by the bussing staff four times within five minutes if we were done eating, which made us feel rushed.

To the owners: Quality is everything in the hospitality business, and success comes from return customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

Ended up leaving due to the very poor service. People around me that came in 15/20 mins after I was sitting there had their food before anyone even came to take my order. I was the only African American in my area of the restaurant and I sat there watching servers look me in the face and keep passing me by while serving others around me . I left and went to breakfast club. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I wanted to like it here but the experience was underwhelming. I didn’t care for the coffee flight. The food was ok. The fruitflies really bothered me more than anything.

A stylish place but they go my order wrong - a very simple order - and the cream for the coffee had turned and it took a while to get a new cup - which the server had already put way too much cream in. Small portions and very little egg in my scramble! This place is an overrated tourist trap.

It’s just fine. Cute instagramable spot but the drinks aren’t very good and they are super duper sweet

The vibe of JoJo’s is awesome and I enjoyed the live music and the overall vibe and energy. The coffee flights were really unique and I really enjoyed trying a variety of coffees. The reason is 4 stars is the plastic water cups, seems extremely wasteful.

Overhyped. Food was ok. Coffee, turkey bacon, and service were good. Not worth the wait. Won’t come back.

Great food very open and lively place, but the live singer was a little to much and made it hard to chat with the person I was with.

Terrible experience from the start, waitress never came back to table after order. Tried to get attention multiple times as the order was wrong and then another guy brought the tab after and that was all the service we had. Contacted them and asked to speak to manager , said they don’t have one just the owner and haven’t heard anything from them either . Was visiting in town , don’t recommend

Hostess greeted us with a beautiful smile. Our waiter was not great, he was not attentive and mumbled the whole time. Frustrating! So, I gave them a better service review than i wanted because everyone else was friendly. Food was just ok, coffee flight was a disappointment.

I was so excited about going here for breakfast after seeing their winter limited options on their website (3rd Feb).. when we got there we were also advised of a wider menu online via QR code where the limited options were still advertised…

However when it came to ordering we were told those options were no longer available! It was very disappointing and misleading as the online menu should have been updated..

Apart from the disappointment on the menu choice, the staff and ambience was nice for a breakfast.

Was super excited to try this place based on reviews and photos, it was pretty decent! I got a pancake breakfast, the pancakes were soft and fluffy and the eggs and meat weren’t too greasy. My boyfriend got the cinnamon roll pancakes (which were impeccable) they tasted exactly like a Cinnabon cinnamon roll. The coffee was very good, not too sweet but not bitter. Service was friendly and fast but I feel like they cheap out on the dishware, the cups are standard plastic like you’d get at a gas station but they’re not reusable so i’m assuming they waste a lot of plastic in order to avoid dishes and the plates feel plastic aswell. Aside from that it’s pretty good

Food was good but expensive, first thing I noticed were the very dirty windows, once they raised them the atmosphere was improved. They don't have regular black tea, only hibiscus. I am a potato girl and theirs most likely came from a freezer package, blah! Their 7-grain bread was very good but hard. Will not be returning.
