We had way more food than I posted. The food was top-tier and the service was amazing. Everything was perfect no complaints at all. I highly recommend coming here if you haven’t already!

I'm a regular customer at Kasai. Last visit was underwhelming. Either due to an error where we might not have been served a true filet, or maybe it was cost savings on quality, but the filet mignon we ordered was definitely not at the level of what we used to get at Kasai. It wasn't easy to chew or as juicy. We hope it was a one time thing as otherwise that place was once our favorite

Very loud - hard to hear the person next to me and couldn't hear anyone on the other side of the table. The food was the best I have ever had at an American Japanese restaurant. Service was great too.

The ambiance at Kasai is perfect for a memorable experience with friends, family or a loved one.
The Teppanyaki show is fun and entertaining to experience.
The restaurant is upscale and classy.
I was impressed with the quality of the food offered along with the accommodations to prepare the dinner with garlic butter instead of seed oils.
The mochi was my personal favorite 🤍
I will definitely come back.

Server was horrible, was racially biased and did not clean up the sauce he dropped while picking up the plates. This place needs to up their service to treat ALL people well.

If a customer request a change in seating at a table, it would be appreciated if the waiter is listening to this request and does whatever it takes to make this possible.

From the moment we arrived we had a great dinner Reagan our server to chef Armando as well spending time with Eddie and his family on his wife’s birthday. It is clearly evident why this restaurant is worth the experience in food service and quality. After spending 12 years in the industry it is what I would want my restaurant to be like. Thank you for the experience and highly recommend it

My awesome husband surprised me with a reservations for our anniversary. The babysitter was 10 minutes late--no biggie. The snooty staff told us our reservation was given away. Spoke to the manager, and they were out of Wagyu anyway. No comp, not even an apology. Went to Texas Roadhouse down the street. They gave my husband double portion of Prime Rib!!! And this restaurant couldn't offer a single, not even an apology. And now that I read the reviews, I am kinda glad God shifted us away from this place!
