I ordered the tropical spring roll, a favorite of mine, but it just wasn't great this time. It was put together sloppy, the mango pieces were hard and chalky, and it just didn't taste as good as it usually does. I also ordered the fried rice, which had pieces of rice that just weren't cooked all the way. Nothing worse that crunchy uncooked rice.. After we got our food our waiter disappeared until we were completely done and ready for the check. I guess it's not that big of a deal, except my son, who originally just ordered water wanted to add a soda, but never got the chance to, as our waiter was MIA. It's a good thing my husband or myself didn't want a refill, as our glasses sat empty. Overall a very disappointing experience this time around.

Mediocre chain. All Japanese chefs speak Spanish, but only a few can juggle knives, food for entertainment. Definitely overpriced for experience, but food quality is good.

We are always taken care of when we come here. The kids love the staff, as they cater the hibachi show to them and are very kind to them. Food is always spot on and the service is always top notch from everyone (hostess/servers/chefs, and management). We always come here for a great time and awesome food.

I came here with a group 8 for a friend's birthday for the teppanyaki show. We all agreed that the food was good, but overall, our experience was lacking. The chef for our table seemed like he REALLY didn't want to be there. He was silent, didn't interact with us, no throwing shrimp, no games, nothing. He just cooked the food and left, we even got a stinky eye when one of our party members asked for more sauce. This was really a disappointment because the table across from us was having a great time. I wouldn't say this is the norm, as most tables around us were enjoying themselves, but our experience left much to be desired.

The 4 stars on food is because I believe the lack of seasoning on my steak was a simple oversight. That said, I'm glad I didn't opt for the wagyu as I would've been pretty upset if that wasn't seasoned properly, maybe next time though. We loved the place and our server was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back and it's a strong contender for my birthday.

Been here twice, both times was a great experience. Food is delicious and flavorful in both the teppan and dine-in. Service was lovely. It does get loud due to the dinner shows but it’s honestly not too bad if you’re used to a lively bar setting.
