We ordered an eight piece meal the last 2 times we went through the drive thru and did not get any white chicken at all both times. Just 8 pieces of dark meat that we did not order. No one asked if we wanted all dark meat.
After leaving the drive through, we realized that they never put any gravy in our bag for our mashed potatoes. So we had to come all the way back. They did not apologize.
The staff does not care at all. The meals were very expensive both times and we did not get the proper chicken either time.
We will never go back to that KFC.

Wanted to love it…. But couldn’t. Had a craving for KFC. Haven’t had KFC in at least 2 years, so was really looking forward to my meal.
Chicken nuggets were dry, chewy and way too salty. Nugget size also appears to be much smaller. Biscuits, potatoes and coleslaw were good…. Tasted the same. We placed two orders and we both agree quality has suffered.

I ordered a 2pc thing and drum and I don't know what these burnt little wings are supposed to be but they definitely aren't what I ordered nor are they worth the amount of what I paid. I've already wasted my lunch going back in there once for a spoon (who eats sides with no plastic utensils) and then when I get back to the office and open my lunch I was very shocked and upset of what was in my bag. I used to frequent this KFC quite a bit but no more.

Change the oil please! The chicken I ordered had a very offensive flavor due to spent oil which is strange since I ordered at 10:30 am.

I hadn't eaten at Kentucky fried Chicken in years. I remember it being very good so I ordered the chicken tenders and wedge Fries. The chicken tenders wear moist not crisp not a very good flavor. Wedge fries were cold.
It will definitely be years before I eat there again

Horrible drive thru service. Workers did not know what they are doing. I repeated my order multiple times until she finally told me to pull forward. There were several cars (about 5 -6) parked waiting in the parking lot who I assume were waiting for their order. I drove out of line and went to Popeye's.

I have ordered from here off and on for years. This location can't get an order right to save their life. I keep giving it another chance, but nope, they consistently leave things out of every order. The reciept is even taped to the bag, and still they forget to actually add all the items to the bag. Its too bad because the food is pretty good.

Twice I have placed mobile orders for pickup at this location. The first time I waited 35 mins (after the app stated ready for pickup) and the second time I waited 20 mins (after the app stated ready for pickup). Both times my orders were incorrect. I have now learned my lesson and will go elsewhere.

I hadn’t been to a KFC in years. I decided to go to this one because I was having my house worked on and took a break years ago. I went in and ordered the KFC chicken sandwich and I remember it being very good this time when I went in, I asked for the meal deal and asked for it to be dry i.e. no mayo or pickles and with coleslaw. Once it was ready, I noticed that it wasn’t dry. They put the mail on it in the pickles, the guy obviously didn’t hear me instead of waiting for a longer time. I’ve decided to wipe it off and eat it. It barely had anything on it at all. It was like a thin little chicken patty that had just been re-microwaved and put on a bun. It had no taste of it not like I remembered it at all, and the coleslaw came in a prefab container and it really wasn’t that good. I would say this will be the last time I’ll ever go to KFC. It has been running rampant all over the Internet about how the quality of fast food inconvenience has gone downhill and I witnessed it this time. Never again

I placed a mobile pickup order at this KFC on 1/5/2026 at 8:55 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My order was incomplete, so I had to drive back to the restaurant. When I arrived, I was greeted by Alexis, the evening manager, who showed no customer service skills at all.
They remade the missing items, but the order was wrong again. When I asked Alexis to correct it before leaving, he refused at first and made the situation much more difficult than it needed to be. Alexis held up the drive‑thru line while arguing instead of simply fixing the mistake. It took about 15 minutes before the correct order was finally handed to me.
By the time I left, around 10 cars were stuck waiting in the drive‑thru because of this unprofessional behavior. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any fast food restaurant.

The manger on duty geovany was being really rude and didn’t show no respect towards me or most of his employees during his shift. I’m never going back to this store. Been going here for awhile and now I’m being disrespected by the manager.

This wasn’t the best KFC I’ve ever eaten but they did a fine job and the staff was nice. Could be cleaned up a little better, but overall a decent experience.
