This wasn’t the best KFC I’ve ever eaten but they did a fine job and the staff was nice. Could be cleaned up a little better, but overall a decent experience.

I normally do not bother to review anymore, but this is the worst KFC experience I’ve had in my 34 years of life. The sandwich was clearly not even reheated completely - nevermind deep fried in house. It was straight up cold. The fries… all cold. Everything had to be reheated at home. I should’ve driven back and demanded my money back.
Never, ever again. They can barely speak English in there.

They appear incapable of doing anything other than one order at a time, meaning if they have to wait on something for that order they wait until it is complete and then move on to the next. Doesn’t matter how long they keep the customers waiting. It also appear there must be three feet deep of mud behind the counter because they move as slow as humanly possible. Counter staff is rude and condescending. Just watched someone that told me honey your order will be ready when all of the people before you have their orders, didn’t bother asking the name of the order or anything, just dismissed me. It’s fast food, not rocket science, and they still can’t get orders out even at a slow pace. Avoid this kfc at all costs, you will regret wasting your time even getting out of your car.

It’s in a nice location,had 2 ordering kiosk which was great but was not clean as all the tables and floor were dirty full of oily food particles.I saw only one person working who was not welcoming at all like he was forced to work,he was sweeping when I entered and didn’t great and upon receiving my order I said thank you and he didn’t bother to reply or nothing.

There was only one young guy taking care of the prep line , drive thru and front dine in orders, he was running out side delivering orders, he definitely cares about his job, and deserves a raise. This was at 3:50 pm.

This place is an absolute joke...I mean it is laughable...It is the absolute worst KFC I have ever been in my entire life... They need to close the doors.. If you walk in for food you're lucky if you even get served within 10 minutes.. If you are lucky enough to get served plan on waiting another twenty minutes for your food.. They do not hire qualified people... and are understaffed... I'm gonna talk to the Scottsdale city council about their false advertising and getting them shut down...When they can't handle the kitchen they lock the doors so nobody else will come in... The management is absolutely clueless...I mean clueless beyond belief.... If you wanna waste your time going there to try to get some food.. go for it... If you plan on going through the drive through plan on waiting at least thirty minutes....

Service was a little slow but exceptable (shift change). Still pleased.
There’s a kid behind the counter (Julian) that is working so hard specifically so he doesn’t get bad reviews. This kid is awesome because even after getting unfairly fired, he fought it with corporate and won his job back. Whoever the GM is here please stop doing dumb stuff like that because I watched this kid handle a very disgruntled customer with compassion, grace and respect. Not to mention he made sure that all the food that came out was fresh and correct. Keep up the great work.

I have been eating KFC as long as I can remember. It was my first time at this location, chicken was supposed to be original . Outside skin was greasy and dark brown from being in old grease. Dr. Pepper had fizz but no taste and the ice tea had no taste. Will not return to this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered food, paid then was told they never got my order. The manager asked to look at my bank statement and it clearly showed my total. I wasn’t given a receipt. And I was told “call your bank and dispute it” Instead of making my food for me, I was the only person in there so there’s no way they didn’t remember me ordering 😂 anyway trust the reviews, this place is a joke

Visited this location’s drive-thru 8/22/25 at around 2:15pm. Ordered the biggie meal with a chicken sandwich, the nuggets, and macaroni and cheese and a Pepsi. They did NOT give me a receipt, but by my bank records, it was $14.04. Received attitude from a man while ordering, and noticed the female cashier was visibly dirty. Received mashed potatoes, and Pepsi that was not able to be consumed due to how off it tasted (overly carbonated, wrong color, bad taste). Contacted the KFC 1-800 customer service to report this and request a refund, and threw everything in the garbage once I got home. This is the worst experience I’ve had with KFC in my life, buyer… BEWARE.
