Everytime we have gone there an hour before they close, they never have chicken. Its ridiculous.

Employees do not understand how the kiosk works, it is obvious that they have not been properly trained by management. You get asked the same questions you answered at the kiosk even though it is there for them to see. If you customized your order, it will come without the changes. To save time and inconvenience, order with a person. Inventory management also needs to be improved, they run out of stuff. Be aware that they will serve stale fries if they have them. If you mention that the fries are stale they do not offer to put in a new batch. If I was the colonel at KFC I would demote management to PFC.

I’ve stopped through the drive-through three times this month and each time they are out of chicken regardless of what time I go. Don’t even bother going there, they’re always out of everything.

Went by 2 times both times had over a hour left to closing time ordered the first time and was told they didn’t have any chicken left for the night so I went somewhere else I went back 2 days later it was 8:50 at night was immediately told at the drive through they didn’t have much chicken left only a few pieces so I don’t know how it tastes but a KFC out of chicken that’s like a fire station being out of water ….

They said their fryers just turned off so I couldn't get part of my order. Waited for like 5 mins. He gave me some extra food to apologize for the wait so that was cool, but I didn't get any of the sauces I had ordered or the ketchup I had requested before I pulled up to wait. Food wasn't bad, but the chicken was a little too greasy for me, maybe that was due to the fact that they were closing soon, or maybe in their hurry to get the food out asap they may not have let it drain long enough.

The staff was completely unprofessional. Cussing, arguing, and talking over customers. Way behind on orders. Took at least 25 minutes + for food and still Missing items. Made it completely uncomfortable for everyone in the dining room.
This is probably the worst chicken I've ever gotten from KFC. I ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken online. It was anything but crispy. It was soggy and greasy, and the pieces were falling apart. I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be original recipe but it was hard to tell. I'd like to hear from the manager about what they will do about this. At the very least, I should get a replacement bucket of chicken!!

I ordered 2 pot pies via the kiosk. 5 minutes after ordering a new customer came in and ordered a pot pie and was told they were out of them. When I asked if I would be getting mine, they checked and said they could do two more but it would be 20 minutes otherwise they can refund my money. I said I would wait 20 minutes. Another 5 minutes later a customer came in and ordered pot pie and was told they didn't have any I inquired again about mine and the employee said he would check on it. After checking he said they just put it in and it would be another 20 minutes before it was ready. All totaled it was over 35 minutes before I received my meal. It is hard to consider this fast food. This is not the first terrible experience I had ordering food from this restaurant. Today will be my last experience.

No hello no good morning, just that at 10:01 was being told “we are not open until 10:15” to which I responded, “yes that’s ok no rush”, to which I got “yeah but you can’t wait here”. Lol
