Went to this KFC on Indian school rd and ordered tenders meal with two sides and 4 biscuits. They did not put my 2nd side in the bag, no napkins, no plastic utensils , and none of the butter sauce for the biscuits. Very disappointed with the service at this location

They shut down the store before 10pm. The drive thru speaker box had their hours listed as 10pm but the automated voice said they were closed. This happend at 9:30 pm. I went inside and they were cleaning. The employee told me only the drive thru was still open. I told them about the automated message and they got upset and asked me what I was looking for. They told me they didn't have anything to sell so I left and they locked the door behind me. This was all well before 10pm

The French fries were hard, dried out and inedible. The chicken was greasy. Any chicken with bones in it, is always greasy at KFC; why is that? Nuggets or tenders are not greasy.Perhaps someone from KFC corporate should take an entry level job at Churches or Popeyes as an industry spy to find out how to fry chicken so it is not greasy. ?

Should be shut down. Supposed to open at 10:00 am. Got there at 11:30 for lunch. Door locked. Staff inside saw us and refused to come to the door. They don’t want anyone’s businesses and should go out of business. I’m contacting their corporate office about this location.

I ordered 3 large mashed potatoes, Cole slaw and biscuits. They shorted me 2 mashed potatoes, not butter or honey for the biscuits. They were not willing to refund me for the mashed potatoes. This place sucks and the staff is helpless.
