We visited Khao Thai last night since our usual spot, Osha Thai, was closed. The reviews were promising, with some praising it as the best Thai restaurant in the valley and a hidden gem. We ordered pad Thai and sushi, but we were quite disappointed. The pad Thai was quite dry, excessively sweet, and simply lacking in flavor. We’re regulars at Thai restaurants across the valley, and Khao Thai definitely falls short of our expectations for Thai cuisine. I highly recommend sticking to Osha Thai in the same complex if you want some delicious Thai.

Fantastic Thai food. We love eating there and the spice levels are pretty good. We get Thai spicy and it is just right. I have been to Thailand a few time and it is not the level of spice that Thailand has but they do a nice job making it delicious. The sushi there is pretty good as well. Personally I love the Eggplant Shrimp dish. So good!

My husband and I found a gem. Thank you Khao. We ordered takeout. Khao's sushi is divine. We very much look forward to dining in and trying other items on the menu.

This is a great local Thai and sushi restaurant! We love the sushi - it’s always so fresh and my kids love the chicken fried rice. My husband is a big fan of the Pad Thai also. Definitely give them a try!
