Place is permanently closed. It was purchased by another Indian restaurant. Doesn't have an opening date yet.

Ordered Dal Makhni yesterday. I have never had an Indian restaurant confuse dal makhni with Chana dal masala. This was a first. I got Chana dal masala! To add insult to injury the dal was not even cooked properly. The 4.8 review on Uber mislead me. These are probably from non Indians who may not know McMuffin about Indian food. I should have been forewarned when I got rice in a Chinese takeout box! An Indian place getting dal wrong is like a pizza place not knowing what a pizza is! If you are looking for authentic Indian food, this is NOT the place.

It was our first time at this restaurant. It was lacking in cleanliness. Some of the dishes on the table had food stuck on them. Despite that we decided to stay and give it a shot as the server was very kind. We ordered the tandoori platter, lamb briyani, chicken curry and naan. The naans were pretty good. Tandoori platter was decent and very moist. Lamb briyani and chicken curry were lacking in taste and seemed like they were reheated. The bathroom was very dirty as well, with only one functional stall. Maybe they didn’t get a chance to clean after the lunch service. I would’ve given this place a little higher rating but all of us had an upset stomach the next day.

Food was tasty. Chutney and selection of chutneys was not so great. The mint tasted like a dill. Service was sub par. The waitress did not have menu knowledge and seemed very inexperienced. The place was empty and so was the décor. They need to really step up service.

Horrible food. The samosas and pakora were stale and cooked in old oil… the butter chicken and paneer pakora were sour, with a film of liquid floating on top.Something is wrong here.

Prices are way too high! They need a better atmosphere. They dont trun on the AC. The food was okay, just not worth the price. $ $

There may not be a lot of people working and a slightly long wait for food, but MAN this food is AMAZING... the butter chicken and the curry chicken is the most delicious savory, just, there are no words!!! I come here to Scottsdale all the way from 91st Ave and Encanto... I always get togo and the portions are fantastic... Enough for 2 or 3 days of dinners!!! I tried this place by accident from a cancelled DoorDash order... First time having Indian food... And I have NEVER found a better place in Phoenix AZ!! DONT let the ambiance or a small amount of people eating in scare you... ITS WORTH IT!Vegetarian options: Seem to have a lot of choices for vegetarians!

Stopped in on my lunch break and I’m sooo glad I did. I ordered the lamb rogan josh with butter naan to go. The naan was just okay but the lamb rogan josh!? Impeccable!! All of my coworkers came over to see what I was eating because it smelled so good. Will definitely be back and absolutely recommend.

Punjabi dal makhani was delicious. Spice level 1 - 10, I went with 6 and I like my food very hot. Garlic naan was the best I've tasted. ?

Hands down the best Indian food in the Phoenix area. Very attentive staff, lovely space, and truly amazing flavors. Do not skip khazana. Easy 5 stars.

This was the best Indian food we’ve had in the Phoenix area. Great service too. Portions were generous, next time my husband and I plan to split a main so we can have starters and desserts. I had medium spice and that was perfect. Stick to mild if you don’t want to risk it. Hot would have been a bit much for me. Good value for money.
