Kitchen United Mix has a great mix of a variety of really good restaurants all in one place in a conveniently located area in Scottsdale. The staff do all they can to consistently help customers and delivery drivers, and they are all very professional, kind and go out of their way to assist in any way they can to make your experience a good one.

ALWAYS late with orders.At least that really unfriendly guy isn’t around anymore.Now after 9pm you get to wait outside in the 105 degree heat for an order…that’s late. They built this window to serve through that’s blocked by a huge pillar. You can’t see them bring orders up to the window from your car.I’m done.

Place never has orders ready by the pickup time, also just gives orders out to anyone. Can’t even tell you how much time I’ve wasted and money I’ve lost out on because of this place. Their employees all just have an attitude to. If you’re homeless and want a free meal, just walk in Kitchen United and grab a bag.

Interesting concept. I needed a quick dinner and found this on google maps. It was easy to order. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and offered to help if needed. The food was delivered quickly. I ordered from the taco place.

Cool place with lots of food options! Conveniently located in Ralph's. Bee was super nice and helped me order a deconstructed egg burrito for my friend who just had oral surgery. I had a delicious chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun! Chicken tender was crispy on the outside & moist on the inside, tangy "slaw", and yummy soft pretzel bun. We ate everything so quickly I forgot to snap pics - oops!

What a great idea and concept. This place is perfect for my wife and I as we never agree on what to eat. She wants meat and potatoes where I want fish and veggies. It has good options to chose from. Stephanie the manager and her team were friendly and helpful.

This is not a knock at anyone who works here! My biggest complaint is just how weird of an experience it is. Rather than order your food like normal with social interaction (like any human establishment) this is the total opposite. & it's awkward. Not really a place I'd take anyone or want to go to again. Again not a nock on anyone!! Just the concept ??

I don't often write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. Didn't even know about this place and it showed up on my Uber eats. Decided to give it a shot, being somewhat skeptical because I am very specific about my food. This is now my go-to burger place. They happen to make it just the way I like it right out of the factory and I didn't have to ask for anything specific. 2nd order now via Uber Eats now very consistent and very delicious. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.
Tried to try this place two weekends in a row via Door Dash. Both times they accepted the order, Dasher gets there and they didn't have the food. Then via their website, now that specific restaurant is closed so order stays in limbo. Wasted our time and the driver's.

Came in last week and ordered for 3 different restaurants at once!!! Love the options and variety. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff up front. They even gave me a discount code for my next visit. Everyone in Scottsdale needs to try this place out.

Update: Ed the mamager of Kitchen United reached out and explained they are not related to Ticka Shack and it was fair enough to see he is trying to help and take care of his business.Every single time missing an item. It was my 4th time ordering Tikka Shakk online and it is going to be my last time. Every time they are missing orders and there is no customer service at all to call.

I like the idea, but they need to give more accurate time estimates. The place is filled with people waiting for their food, and I understand why since it took at least 15 more minutes than they stated (about 35 minutes total) when we ordered just a couple things with only a few orders coming out before ours. Good luck coming here when it is busy, as I can’t imagine how long the wait would be then. There clearly is no urgency here. Wish I could review the food, but I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever get it.

This is one of the most brilliant restaurant concepts I have ever seen! I loved the experience that we were able to order different food from different restaurants all at one location! Given all of our tastes are different this is a big deal for our family! We ordered online and we’re told when we got there that one of the orders was not available because that kitchen wasn’t open. They had already taken care of it and refunded our money before we even got there and then made it really easy to order some thing else. This is what we call extraordinary customer service! I love that there was one person at the front who just answered all our questions. got everything taken care of and there was a whole bunch of invisible minions in the back just taking care of our order and making us great food in a timely manner that showed up yummy and hot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
