I mean it's kneaders, anyways a very nice place with nice bread!
Tasty cinnamon roll. Strawberry Tsunami smoothie was rather sweet but had good flavor.
Food is fresh and prices are great. Pretty consistent across all Kneaders.
Not good enough service, youth smart talks backs & the sense of I got you over a barrel if you choose to dine here. Holly, nice lady!
Great attention to detail in drive through. Great products that are fresh
Really good food. Great service. The pumpkin bread was a treat
The sandwiches and soup are so good. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are cordial and knows their products.
Extremely frustrated with my experience in pre-ordering breakfast that should have been ready at 8:00 am for my group of 4. If you want this done right, go to the Kneaders in Oro Valley, AZ, where I have never been disappointed. Scottsdale needs lessons from the Oro Valley location. I ordered breakfast online the evening before, and the system said it would be ready for pickup at 8:00 am. When I arrived, it wasn't ready, so I asked for a coffee while I waited. Never got the coffee, and discovered they hadn't even started cooking my order yet. French toast feast was cooked terribly... basically fried eggs on one side of each slice of cold cinnamon chunk bread. "Warm" raspberry bread pudding served ice cold with no vanilla sauce. I had to remind them about the bacon they failed to provide with my order. Oh... and all of this was happening while I sat for over 20 minutes in the drive through with people piling up in line behind me. I asked the young man at the window if I should pull around, and he said no, that he told the vehicles behind me that he was backed up and it would be a long time. Unbelievable. Very poor, disorganized service. Will not return to this location. Again, I highly recommend that management learn from the Oro Valley location when it comes to service and how to ensure that online orders are ready on time. Menu items should also be prepared as described on their menu.
First time here. Delicious food and service was wonderful. The french toast is all you can eat and was delectable. Nice hot coffee and enough goodies and bakery to make your mouth water. The manager came over to our table and visited with us and was very friendly.
. A great selection of pastries and desserts. Sandwiches are tasty, but all are $$$.. Some locations are convenient, but quite a bit of driving in today's Phoenix traffic is often necessary for me.. Their new 'Rewards' program has 'done in' my card that I used regularly, and now insists on having yet another 'app' on my phone, which I don't like and don't trust.. I may visit if I'm "in the neighbourhood", but my regular visits have ceased.

Lunched there and picked up a couple of loaves of fresh bread. Great!
Besides it being very slow service the food was well worth the wait. The soup is amazing and the panini was just as amazing!!
Very delicious! Everything was super clean and had beautiful decorations! I had the French Dip. FINALLY 1 without the gross grilled onions! Great place for lunch. It is an order at the counter place. No servers.
This place gets it!! Everything I have gotten here has been great and staff is always friendly.
