Sadly, this location is permanently closed as of 9/30/21, as per notice on their door. We will miss greatly their delicious cinnamon rolls and breads, and charming homey ambiance. Other locations too far from NoSco to be worthwhile...

Never having stopped at a Kneaders I did not realize it was a limited service restaurant. Everybody was pleasant and we got a short run down on items that were about to come out soon. I got an almond croissant and a peach smoothy. Both were pretty good. If I was near one and not looking for full service I would consider them for a cup of coffee and a sweet. 3-1/2 stars.

Have friends in Utah that rave about this place and didn't even know they have them in AZ till I happened to see this one while going to Home Depot. Figured I'd give it a try so downloaded the app and placed an order for curbside delivery. Arrived three minutes before when the app said the order wills be ready and sent a text per instructions on the sign. Immediately (so fast it was obviously automated) received a text asking my name, and then it asked the make, model and color of my car, even though I had already filled that out on the app. At five minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready I texted again asking ETA, and again immediately received an automated response saying "we're working hard on your order." At 10 minutes past the promised time, I checked the app and it said my order had been picked up. At 12 minutes past I realized I was going to have to go in and check on my order (The parking lot was not busy, in fact I saw no one go into the restaurant itself, and only two cars go through the drive-through during this time). When I got to the counter I asked about my order and the employee said "oh, it's right here." I asked if they were in fact doing curbside delivery, and he said "well they have to tell us about it". So my drink was warm and my French Dip was not; it obviously had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. No apology or offer to make it right. As for the food itself, it was okay Sandwich consisted mostly of bread, which was fairly gummy. The au jus had a good flavor, and the lemonade, although not cold, was at least not too sweet. But certainly not worthy of the raves from my Utah friends. Had the service been better, I'm sure I would've had a better overall perception.

Horrible customer service. They forgot my daughter's avocado salad last time (we ordered 2 & they gave us one). They were not picking up the phone so I didn't make a big deal out of it and figured I'd ask for credit next time with my receipt. Unfortunately today I found out that because I didn't talk to them the same night they can't honor it. The worst part is the salad we did get in order was not even fresh and you know how important that is with avocado items So very disappointed. More in the quality of service than food. I used to work in the industry in Las Vegas years ago and I can't imagine saying anything like that to a regular. Will not be back.

Tasty cinnamon roll. Strawberry Tsunami smoothie was rather sweet but had good flavor.

Not good enough service, youth smart talks backs & the sense of I got you over a barrel if you choose to dine here. Holly, nice lady!

Extremely frustrated with my experience in pre-ordering breakfast that should have been ready at 8:00 am for my group of 4. If you want this done right, go to the Kneaders in Oro Valley, AZ, where I have never been disappointed. Scottsdale needs lessons from the Oro Valley location. I ordered breakfast online the evening before, and the system said it would be ready for pickup at 8:00 am. When I arrived, it wasn't ready, so I asked for a coffee while I waited. Never got the coffee, and discovered they hadn't even started cooking my order yet. French toast feast was cooked terribly... basically fried eggs on one side of each slice of cold cinnamon chunk bread. "Warm" raspberry bread pudding served ice cold with no vanilla sauce. I had to remind them about the bacon they failed to provide with my order. Oh... and all of this was happening while I sat for over 20 minutes in the drive through with people piling up in line behind me. I asked the young man at the window if I should pull around, and he said no, that he told the vehicles behind me that he was backed up and it would be a long time. Unbelievable. Very poor, disorganized service. Will not return to this location. Again, I highly recommend that management learn from the Oro Valley location when it comes to service and how to ensure that online orders are ready on time. Menu items should also be prepared as described on their menu.

Overall the experience was good. I had a turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich. Taste was as expected, good, but nothing exceptional. Coffee was good. The only problem was the loud music. It was too loud for this type of place.

First time here. Delicious food and service was wonderful. The french toast is all you can eat and was delectable. Nice hot coffee and enough goodies and bakery to make your mouth water. The manager came over to our table and visited with us and was very friendly.

I dropped was car off at the dealership and walked to this place to grab a cappuccino and a snack. I was just after 7am. When I got my cappuccino it was in a paper cup with a sleeve on it to keep my hand from burning. It was ice cold! I ask the person who gave it to me if it was normal to be served cold. He said yes, we put to shots of espresso in and then pour cold milk on top. He asked if I wanted it warmed up in the microwave. It was about 7 ounces of milk with some cinnamon sprinkles on top. Not sure if they get any training or they are just clueless. The cinnamon roll was good.
