Koibito is one of my favorite places to grab lunch or dinner. Fresh seafood isn't the easiest to find in the desert, and I have been looking to incorporate more of it in my diet. These poke bowls are delicious, nutritious, and priced very reasonably (the Hawaiian tuna is my favorite!). I highly recommend you check it out.
The poke bowel was fresh and tasted amazing! The service was fantastic. They also have some delicious, healthy and different drink choices such as electrolyte drinks, teas, lemonade, and craft sodas. The ambiance has a bright calmness to it. It would be a good choice for study/business lunches or meeting up with friends.
I believe the 2 young ladies working were,
Emma and Ella. They were amazing.
I had never ate there before and they made my experience awesome. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere. Great job ladies.
