Koi Poke - DC Ranch

Koi Poke at DC Ranch is a great spot when you’re craving something fresh, clean, and satisfying. The fish tastes high quality, the toppings are fresh, and the bowls are put together thoughtfully with good portion sizes. I like how easy it is to customize everything without feeling overwhelmed by options. Orders come out quickly, the space is clean and relaxed, and the staff are friendly and efficient. This has been one of my favorite poke spots in the country outside of Hawaii and Southern California. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and the owners’ sushi partnerships make it a genuinely special meal. Even though I now live out of state, I make a point to stop by whenever I’m in town. After six years of coming here, this original location (now joined by others) still feels like a Hawaiian oasis in the verdant Sonoran Desert.

Used to go to this place when I had a home in Scottsdale. Think this was the original location. The owner has a special arrangement for super high grade sushi fish, from tuna to salmon, lobster, octopus. You can also build a chicken bowl. Toppings are super fresh and yummy!
Lots of take out orders but nice and clean place, they even have wines available for dinner hours. Multiple locations now.
