Love this place. Food is fresh and very good for a gluten free diet (celiac, not by choice). The staff is amazing, specifically, Juan. What a nice guy - nothing is too much trouble. I appreciate that so much, since I ask TONS of questions about the food and prep due to my allergy. If you are on the fence, try it once, you may get hooked!

We’ve tried a few poke places, and this is our favorite! Fresh ingredients, good portions, a nice variety, and friendly service. Even though other poke restaurants are closer to our house, we keep going to this one.

Food is great but they false advertise on portion. If you order a large bowl there is no way they actually give you 4 scoops of protein. It is the same size bowl as a small bowl.

Good, but not great. Mind you, coming from Southern California, we have an abundance of poke spots, so my bar is pretty high.Service was friendly and helpful and the portions were good. The assortment of toppings was medium. Food was fresh.If 3.5 stars was an option, I'd rate it that.

Having never had a poke bowl before I wasn't sure what to expect - the staff at Koibito Poke kindly guided me toward a dinner with no regrets.They explained the poke bowl construction process "like Chipotle, but better." One begins by choosing a size (small, medium, large, or kid - determined by scoops of protein) with a base (white, brown, or cauliflower rice, or spring mix), then add protein (MANY seafood/fish options, but also tofu). Then comes my favorite part - toppings and sauces, of which you can add AS MANY as you wish, with the exception of premium toppings and some garnishes (masago, crab mix, cucumber and seaweed salads, avocado) which are extra.The location we visited also had miso soup, which was lovely on a brisk November evening. Overall I really enjoyed my bowl - the flavors and textures combined beautifully. I do wish there were more plant based protein options; this would encourage return visits (hint).
