I went to the Krispy Kreme at 7055 E Shea Blvd this morning and I drove up to the drive through window without stopping at the speaker and the manager was very upset that I didn't use the speaker to place my order. Even after I apologized he still conveyed an attitude of annoyance. Last time going here.

I'm not sure if he is the manager of this Krispy Kreme location located at 7055 E Shea Blvd in Scottsdale AZ, but his name is James and he is the best employee this store could hope for. James is often the only person working and somehow manages to work both the dining room and the drive-through at the same time. He is always professional and polite. He's a pleasure to work with. My daughter and I love the donuts at Krispy Kreme and it's made better by working with James. Keep up the good work!

The staff used marker to remove the donut price on tag since I raised the question, why I am not paying the price as showing on tag $1.69 each. I was charged $2.39/ each. The staff said the front cashier machine and card reader are not working, so he needs to use the drive through machine and car reader instead. Is that reasonable?

Came here today and the doors are locked no sign and drive thru closed... If you are gonna be closed but have ppl inside put a sign on the door your had over 10 cars pull up and had to leave
Absolutely worst customer service ever! I understand now days short staffed isn't easy but no need to be rude. This is North Scottsdale. If you can't handle the busy traffic, please find more staff to work. Very disappointed!

The people there are nice and work hard, as they are always under staffed. The management, however, leaves alot to be desired.
Every time I go to the store, there is only 1 person working to fill orders. They are always rushing and clearly being overworked. It doesn't make for a pleasant experience.
The local franchise owner shutdown the inside of the shop... so you can't see what is available in the display case... you have to spend alot of time asking the person via the drive-thru microphone. Or your can have an amazing donut shop experience with your phone.
They shutdown making the fresh originals and the conveyor belt... so what you get is about as fresh as going to any convenience store. They are frequently out of stock of typical styles. All this for donuts that went up 2x the price. There are better options at many other donut shops around town. I see no point in going to this store anymore.
And, I guess you can see from their response bot's reply to this review... the owner pays for a social media response as a better budget choice than restoring the store it provide a human experience.
