The manager at this location made my day!!! I had a tire blow out and was very annoyed I had to buy a new tire from the shop next door. He blessed me with a coffee and donut and turn my whole attitude around. Thank you so much for your generosity, I'm sorry I don't have your name, but you know who you are :)

What a dump! Arrived at 10am on a Friday and they’re out of original donuts. My wife purchased vouchers through our son’s school but they are only valid on original donuts. The employee would not let me get other donuts instead even though their case was full. I would have gladly paid the difference but the employee just told me he couldn’t help me. What a shame! What horrible customer service. Never will we visit this location again or purchase from Krispy Kreme. Do yourself favor and visit a good local donut shop, these corporate shops are sub par at best and this location is a complete joke! Train your employees to actually give good service. I’m sure half of the donuts they made today will end up in the dumpster tonight anyways.

These used to be the best donuts ever, IMHO. However, I just went through their drive through and their donuts seemed "day old" at BEST. A dozen cost over $20. 3 of my dozen were supposed to be creme filled but had absolutely zero creme inside-all three!! I am from No. Az and used to go out of my way to stop here. That will no longer happen!

This is the worst place to get donuts. They are always out of the common flavors- so often that it is a waste of time to even go. Don’t give them money for the leftover donut flavors you didn’t want. Withholding your money is the only way they will start making enough donuts for their customers.

Placed an online order, showed up to the store and there were no employees to be found. Had to call the store number to get an employee to come out of the back room and then he gave me attitude when he had to make the coffee I ordered...

We are traveling and stopped in Scottsdale. After dinner we looked up the nearest Krispy Kreme. We had 45 min til they closed at 8. When we pulled up at 7:30 all the lights were off outside. Most of lights were off inside. A cone was in drive thru. So we went in and two young workers waited on us. We told them they looked closed. They just smiled. We got our doughnuts and they locked door and turned rest of lights off before we even got to our car. It was 20 min til closing time. The young man played with his hair while we were paying for our doughnuts. Not sure I’m going to have a doughnut for my dessert. ??♀️
