Totally disappointed…: with all the rave in IG and the croissants is dried up…. The baguette is too chewy and some of the Capucin is dry and it’s not fresh… I was expecting a freshly baked pastry but tasted like a two days old…

We heard about this place so stopped by to check it out...the croissants reminded us of some of the ones we got in Paris. We tried a few different variants and loved them all. Oh my we had a warm ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious. If you are in the area I would check them out.

Best of the best! Huge fan of everything Nathas and team create. So much love and art in every bite. My all time favorite is the Apricot Kouign Amann and of course the baguettes and loaves. New, expanded hours are sure to be a plus. Can't wait to go back for more!

After traveling to France this past June (2022) and experiencing what a REAL croissant was all about I knew I could never eat just any old croissant. Upon my return home I was on a mission to find the best, authentic French bakery in the Phoenix area. I’m beyond ecstatic I found La Belle Vie Bakery! The croissants are perfection and worth every penny! I love placing my order online and picking up my delicious baguette, croissants and other French goodies I choose to treat myself. Always delicious and never disappointed.

Absolutely love this place. I drive in about an hour one way just to pick up the goodies. I'm not much of a plain bread person but when it comes to sweet pastries & filled croissants, this is the place. The kouign aman is absolutely delicious. I cut it into wedges, wrap and freeze them in individual slices. Then when I need my "fix", I simply take out of the freezer, thaw a bit then put it in the air fryer sitting on a small piece of parchment or pan liner. It gets all caramelly and has that just baked crunch to it. So glad that you are opening up more hours.
We came a little later in the day so the variety was limited but we tried the flan pastry & the cinnamon sugar rhino croissant, they were both incredible. Definitely coming back earlier in the day of hopes to trying more goodies!

You currently need to preorder by midnight Thursday to pick up on Saturday, but it is worth it. Doesn't matter what you pick, it will be perfect. Pretty much everything will sell out quickly, so don't wait until late Thursday.
