Holy cow if you are looking for something amazing, this place has many options. They make high quality French pastries and breads by order. We tried a few items and were completely blown away by the fantastic textures and flavors. The service is top notch and it's a clean and simple little shop.

On par with top bakeries in NYC and Paris, truly excellent pastries. Cute little shop, really welcoming and good customer service, loved everything about this bakery.

So I live a full 30 minutes away from La Belle Vie and 5 min away from another very well known French bakery in Central Phoenix, and I will make the drive to Scottsdale for Nathas's gems any day that I can do it! Nathas, the owner, is SO passionate about his craft and you see it in everything he makes. He loves his customers and has such a fun sense of humor as well! The bakery is now open Tuesdays through Saturdays and pre-orders are taken for Saturday pickups, for those of us that are organized! My favorites include butter croissants (perfectly crispy and flaky outside and soft inside), almond croissants (dipped in sugar rum syrup and twice baked), chocolate almond croissants (same process as above), caneles (baked with a dark, caramelized crunchy crust and soft, almost gooey middle: they're extraordinary), baguettes (2 types, depending on the kind of crust you want), filled "rhino" croissants with seasonal flavors (our favorite is lemon basil). The list just goes on, but honestly, everything in this shop delectable! You can't go wrong! The space is bright and clean. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you're lucky, Nathas will be in the day you visit! Besides his viennoiserie, the bakery also offers many imported German pantry staples that everyone should browse and try!

The finest French bread in the Phoenix metro area. There is no competition. Made by hand with extraordinary care.

We heard about this place so stopped by to check it out...the croissants reminded us of some of the ones we got in Paris. We tried a few different variants and loved them all. Oh my we had a warm ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious. If you are in the area I would check them out.

Best of the best! Huge fan of everything Nathas and team create. So much love and art in every bite. My all time favorite is the Apricot Kouign Amann and of course the baguettes and loaves. New, expanded hours are sure to be a plus. Can't wait to go back for more!

We came a little later in the day so the variety was limited but we tried the flan pastry & the cinnamon sugar rhino croissant, they were both incredible. Definitely coming back earlier in the day of hopes to trying more goodies!

Authentic French baked goods, you can tell the technique is great and nothing is overly sweet. It's only open to the public on Saturday so gotta pre-order online on Tuesday and pick stuff up within a limited amount of time, go in and get out since it's purely a boulangerie/pâtisserie rather than some sit down place like a cafe. I work every other weekend so I look forward to getting to treat myself to their pastries so while the process is a bit of a hassle, I say try it if you'll in the area Saturday morning.

Food is an art and this baker is an artist. The croissant was out of this world! The garlic cream filled pastry was one of the best things I have had! 10/10!

Absolutely fabulous. This bakery is in walking distance from our house (danger danger!) and we've done the Saturday pick up a couple of times. Most recently, we picked up an assortment of pastries ahead of hosting Mother's Day brunch for our moms. We pre-ordered the chocolate scones, almond croissants, chocolate almond croissant pop, and mini's strawberries (strawberry filled brioche). Plus picked up some mini tarts (strawberry & chocolate) and a raspberry rose rhino brioche at the storefront. The moms raved about how delicious everything was. Pre-order & pick up is a breeze. Highly recommend! See you on Saturdays :)

Ordered online and grabbed an apricot kouign amman and almond croissant! The bakery is small without any seating and SMELLS SO GOOD inside. You're hit with an amazing aroma of baked goods walking in. Some packed French goods such as candy and chocolate are available to purchase there as well. The person at the counter was really kind and quick to grab my order. The kouginn amman was good - buttery and flaky but I found the apricot filling was a bit too tart for me. Nice contrast though.Almond croissant tasted great and I enjoyed the filling but it was very flat. I wish the croissant rose more.
