I should have read the reviews. I really wanted this spot to be good but the server absolutely ruined the experience. I can only assume because we drank water and didn’t order drinks.
He was certain to drag his feet all through the meal. And upon finishing we waited 20 minutes just for him to ask us if we were ready for the check ? At which point he proceeded to make drinks for other table before getting around to taking our payment. It only took him 30 seconds to take our payment.
Also, there was some random surcharge of 10%. I will never return to this establishment with my money.
And to any response I might receive, don’t bother! I recommend you close your business before losing your shirt.

I used to go to the old location for lunch and get enchiladas with the extras and a water while sitting at the bar watching the TV. It was $10 plus tip. Great place. Now it's in a fancy spot and that same lunch is over $20.

Authenticity at La Fonda Del Sol through music, atmosphere, and especially delicious food is enticing enough, but the reasonable menu prices will bring me back again next year.

So delicious and our server was so adorable! Have the guacamole- super fresh and yummy. Burro dinner was fab! If you are in Scottsdale and are looking for great Mexican- this is the place!

Had a birthday dinner here at LA Fonda Del Sol and the food was incredible. We ate out on the patio, and kids got to play. There's a bridge that leads to a park. We took a night walk after our meal and had a blast.

My tacos were salty as F! Oh and when they brought out my dinner I was informed they were out of rice!! Really?! You didn't know this when all out orders went in??? Needless to say, im hitting a drive through on my way home! Only saving grace is that our server was amazing! Won't be back
