I got the gnocchi and it was fantastic! They also had gluten free pasta options that my friend ordered and loved it!

We went here for restaurant week, but since I am gluten free and my friend is vegan, we decided to order off of the regular menu which looked great. I had the carpaccio and the beet salad with the dressing on the side. The carpaccio was sliced so wonderfully thin, it was very tasty, but unfortunately it was way too overdressed with olive oil which spoiled the arugula and avocado and would have been better without it. Next time I would ask for the oil on the side. The beet salad was wonderful, it was plated beautifully and didn't even need the dressing. I used a small but of balsamic vinegar on it and it was perfect. For drinks, i had the limoncello margarita. It was very tasty, a bit too sweet, I would have preferred more lime and a little salt, but that didn't stop me from drinking the entire glass and wanting more. my dinner companion enjoyed the vegan bruschetta and penne with sausage and peppers. He was a bit disappointed that the peppers were not what was advertised in the menu and said it was more of the vegan hamburger crumbles. I will go back again and experience a few more items plus the carpaccio with no oil. The service was fantastic, they were very attentive and helpful.

The food was very good and only surpassed by the excellent service. If you're interested in tasty authentic Italian food at very reasonable prices, along with excellent service, this is your place. Great location and wonderful ambiance. Great for romantic dinners as well as family celebrations.

Loved the service. We dined on a Tuesday night so the service and quiet ambience was great. Not sure how it would be when it's a Friday or Saturday night. All in all, the food was great as well as the service.

Food was good but the plumbing and bathroom is disgusting. There is black mold in the bathroom toilet which makes me question the health quality of the food and water served

We couldn't get a reservation anywhere near old town Scottsdale. We found this restaurant and they had availability. Overall, it was fine. The food was decent and the ambience was fine. It didn't stand out, by any means. I wouldn't hesitate to go again if I couldn't get in somewhere else, but I would probably choose something different if I had more options. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

I was excited to celebrate my birthday here, and while they did acknowledge the occasion, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The service was underwhelming, I did not like our server, and nothing really stood out to make the celebration feel special. The food was average at best — I've definitely had better Italian cuisine and service elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place didn't leave a lasting impression, and I wouldn't personally recommend it.

We raved about our dinner in our car on the way home. Two of us had delicious shrimp linguini. I'm mad that my husband finished mine - wanted it for dinner tonight! Another guest loved her chicken parm. My wedge salad was good - I switched it up and had poppy seed dressing. Lots of toppings! We finished up with good tiramisu! Oh! The maple Manhattan had just the right amount of sweetness - and a marinated cherry. The service was excellent - not overbearing but there when we needed it! Can't wait to go again!

What a delightful dining experience! This was not our first visit to La Locande as we try to have a meal there when we spend time in the Phoenix area. When we arrived and were seated we noted a group of about 14 adults and several small children which worried me but the group was modestly quiet and respectful of other diners! We had a very efficient wait staff who took time to answer questions and notice needs even before we did. Toward the end of our meal we met the owner whom we had spoken to a year or so back and he remembered us and even where we had dined. Amazing !
