Lincoln Steakhouse & Bar

One of the best out of the house Thanksgiving dinners I have ever had. If ever you go, you must ask if they have the lobster escargot on the menu. And no, it is not snails. Just ask them if they carry it and if you love lobster you better order these. You can thank me later. 

Absolutely FABULOUS! We had the lobster “escargot” & to die for beet salad as starters and my husband and I split the tomahawk (usually filet people).... HANDS DOWN best steak ever. We travel all over the world from Vail and eat at 5star restaurants weekly; this was phenomenal. In addition to this, the GF “popovers” were topped by none and if the tomahawk wasn't enough of a wow, we had the crème brûlée (I don't really like crème brûlée) but this was A SHOW STOPPER! The “cookie” on top was out of this world delicious with such amazing pairings. Oh and did I mention it was all gluten free?! Even my gluten loving husband was Struck by its amazing flavor combinations. Thank you for a fabulous dinner! We WILL be back!

The food was excellent, the service was great, and the view was spectacular. The hostess in particular made us feel welcome.

Delightful meal in a very lovely setting. We both had steaks with the mini potatoes. Our server was engaging and real.

Enjoyed the French onion soup, and the chopped salad . Unfortunately the steak tartare was not too my liking. Ive enjoyed tartar around the world and this one had an odd sweetness that really didn't work vs a more traditional spiced tartare. Wine selections good, the bread service lovely, as was bread pudding desert. A couple of visits and service was fabulous at a table and the bar. Nicely spread out tables and outdoor dining options

Our waiter was phenomenal, patient, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. The food was great, mashed potatoes were perfect. The salmon was a tad bit dry but had great flavor. The short rib did have more fat than expected but was very flavorful.

Very nice ambiance and beautiful out door area. We were visited by the Chef De Cuisine twice, and learned about his food and philosophy. We even got to try a new menu item...a really lovely and modern twist on a beet salad. Steak was very well prepared with a smoky flavor. Bar area has a really nice upscale but cozy vibe too.

Everything came to the table exactly as expected. The filet was done perfectly to medium-rare and the mushrooms were delicious. I sat inside, but I noticed there's a vey nice terrace out front with nice lighting that faces Camelback. I would definitely dine at Lincoln again during my next stay at the property.

Our server K'Wayne helped make the evening memorable with nice conversation. Angel was spot-on with ongoing service. Great team. Champagne & puffed bread kicked us off nicely. Lobster escargot (no snails) definitively great choice for appetizer. Braised short rib was presented best I've seen- although so much to consume in one seating. The beet salad was excellently prepared & tasted great. JW Garden Chicken dish was exceptional, for chicken - wife throughly enjoyed it. Drunken mushrooms side dish were awesome. A nice celebratory house-chocolate dessert capped off the meal.

They treated us like royalty! It was absolutely perfect in every way. Wayne, our server, was so sweet. A+ for his attention and care!

Wayne was an exceptional host. From the hostess to the table staff, we were very happy. The food was OUTSTANDING. We can't wait to come back.

For a "high end" steakhouse in Paradise Valley, we expected broader menu choices, a much better wine list, and a more elegant setting. The menu was overpriced and a loud party spoiled our evening. Service was excellent, but the waiter almost seemed embarrassed to be working at a sub-prime restaurant. Basically, just an overpriced hotel restaurant.

A special evening with friends. Omar, our server, was outstanding. We were seated in the booth area as requested. Appetizer and salads were great, the bacon dusted salmon was a bit shy of really good though. Omar's beverage recommendations were dspot on and and sedessert was a home run.

5 Stars across the board! Service was superb! The food was absolutely exceptional and ambiance was perfect for celebrations as well as having a romantic dining experience. If you are staying at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn do not bother leaving the resort, this steakhouse is for you! If you are not staying there, You must go at least for the outstanding food and service! Truly memorable experience and can't wait to have the opportunity to go back.

Big shoutout to Omar, Meredith, Paul, Lilyanna, Nichole, and Angel for a lovely evening. Food was unreal and we drank some of the best wine I've ever had.
