We landed in Phoenix for our usual one week stay for Spring Training. We stay in Scottsdale at a resort. Needed a quick dinner right after a late check-in. We looked up nearby places and King's Wok Shop came up. This was a new to us since we had not returned since 2020. So we got to the address and lo and behold it was the old "Kale and Clover" place! We were like wow!! Anyway,we were treated very well by our waitress. However,sad to say.. not impressed by the quality of the food. My tofu and egg fried rice was ... Well not flavourful even though the menu boasted "with secret sauce". And my husband's crispy chicken with noodles came out lukewarm. We sent it back to be reheated... Ummm still lukewarm! The only thing that was palatable was the appetizer: brussel sprouts which was yes, spicy and had the soy glaze and nuts sauce tossed into it. Oh! She did bring me a decent glass of Melbec as well. Those were the two redeeming things about our visit to Ling's Wok Shop. Darn it! Really love a good Chinese wanted it to be our go to when in Scottsdale but oh well!!!!!

Good food and excellent seasoning but portion sizes are incredibly small. They put 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I rather pay more but be full and not leave hungry.

Food was really good. I had the salmon and cauliflower rice and I was impressed. The rice didn’t seem like cauliflower. Good seasoning and flavor. Would recommend for a quick takeout.

My wife and I LOVE THIS PLACE. Drove by it for years and finally stopped and now is a regular spot for us. Fresh food, great service, healthy and the owner , john , was awesome. If you have not been here, i suggest you stop and try the food.

Incredible dining experience! The customer service was top-notch, from the friendly host to our server and every staff member who passed by with a smile. As someone with a gluten and dairy allergy, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of our server. She not only made me feel comfortable but also ensured that my meal was not just safe but delicious. The exceptional service and delectable food made this visit truly memorable. Can't wait to return!

I picked up a lunch for just under $16 yesterday, it was Pad Thai. She said it has chicken and shrimp in it. It ended up having about 3 tiny slivers of chicken and two small shrimp, I could barely find either one of them in the dish. I felt ripped off, eating out is going out of style because of restaurants that do this. $16 is a lot for one meal, especially lunch.

This place is great! I ordered on DoorDash and the app wouldn't let me modify any of the food. I called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate with no problem. My delivery was accurate, hot, and fresh. The person who answered the phone (Grace was their name maybe) was so nice and so helpful.Aside from the great customer service, the food was UNREAL. Everyone in my office raved about their food and how good it was. We have also had their sister restaurant (Ling and Louie's) cater a party before and it was a fantastic experience. All 150 of our guests loved the food. Great restaurant and great people, definitely recommend!!!

amazing food. Best Asian I've had in Scottsdale. makes PF's and Pei look like amateurs in their owe back yard. prices a great and the food was really well done. The operation was smooth and organized as far as I could tell. everything was labeled. correct. this is my new Fav.
