Just had a wonderful meal at Local Bistro celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary. We had been out of town and had not made plans to celebrate but at the last minute we booked a reservation at one of our local favorites and they accommodated us by giving us a special booth. Our server was excellent and the food was fabulous! That is why we keep coming back again and again! Thanks for making our anniversary so special!!

We had a great Sunday brunch with the mushroom and gruyere cheese omelette (note the truffle cream sause is very garlicy) and the unusual, but good, tarimisu stuffed french toast. We poured the kahlua-maple reduction "syrup" into our coffee which was perfect! Only issues were the loud singing selections on the PA echoing in a nearly empty restaurant making it hard to converse, even after the volume was turned down, and the exceptionally unusual "surcharge" added to the bill for health benefits for the servers!! However, we will still be back to try other great looking brunch items.

We all loved our meals! Chopped salad, salmon, chicken dish - all beautifully presented and delicious. I'm constantly in search for a spicy margarita and spicy Paloma was one of the best! Excellent service - a great experience! Only request is difficult to talk inside - music a little loud with the acoustics.

I love this restaurant and always dine here whenever I come to Scottsdale. The food and service are always excellent. Usually pretty loud but noise level but it was moderate.

Everything was great... sat outside... a very good night... perhaps it's me but too many places over cook the seafood.... But just a little over done to my liking, but still was a good dinner.
Food is always good, service was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the “extra” non disclosed charge for additional bread on the spinach dip we ordered. Look, so many restaurants are so expensive nowadays and it's getting ridiculous on the small charges they throw at you. It's a bit insulting. You order this dip, which was excellent by the way, they give you 4 bread crisps with it, knowing that it won't be nearly enough to finish the dip. The waiter, almost expectedly asks do we need some more bread for the dip. We obviously say yes. We finish the appetizer and of course find that extra charge on the bill. It's not really the extra few dollars being a financial problem, but it's just the overall constant charges to an already expensive establishment. It's not just Local Bistro, it's so many restaurants nowadays. I wish some restaurants would just do away with this. I'm not trying to get extra food for nothing, it's what I ordered. Just provide me an adequate amount to finish the appetizer. It's just insulting to a point

We have been many times and enjoyed it every visit. We brought a couple clients for an early dinner and they loved it. It was a little too noisy for a business meal even at 5:30 PM but our amazing waiter Mark made up for it I was very accommodating to our older clients. Everybody was very happy with the appetizers and entrées they selected.  Great recommendations on wine and desserts as well from Mark. A great spot for a quick bite or a long leisurely meal. We were there almost 3 hours!

Service was great, food was pretty good but the experience was ruined from the amount of flies and mosquitos we in our booth, around our table, and surrounding us. We weren't even eating outdoors! It made the restaurant seem so dirty and this restaurant wasn't like this a year ago! We asked for more candles to hopefully keep the bugs away and still nothing.
