The Tuna tartare was good, but heavy on the avocado and very light on the tuna. The tagliatelle short rib pasta was great! The Caesar salad was a huge disappointment. The 6 min egg on the Caesar was more like a 12 min egg. Drinks were good. The wine list was limited and not great. I wish Local Bistro was still as amazing as it once was.

Great, local place! The ambiance and decor are warm and inviting. The food was very good - salmon and steak, and the service was excellent! Caleb is a talented server, knows the menu, and made excellent suggestions! He is a great addition to the team!

After a horrible experience at a neighboring restaurant at which we were told we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for our 7 o'clock reservation, we were able to get a table at local bistro right away. Mark, our server, was awesome as was everything else about the experience. We will be returning. 
Excellent as always. Table ready, delightful waitress, excellent service , food delivered promptly, my guest commented it was the best onion soup he had ever had and he is 74! Thank you Local Bistro!
Music was a little too loud to talk through at the bar but the rest of the room was quieter , food was hit and miss. Tuna tartar seemed mushy, like it had been in citrus for too long. Octopus was tasty except for one non ripe tomatoes that were extremely bitter, Caesar was under dressed and had both grated parm and a parm cracker too much cheese for me but wife liked it. Pizza was really tasty.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how great this place was! The Drunk Bread appetizer was a great start. Add the prosciutto, for sure! Our pizza and pasta were amazing. We ate outside and it wasn't too noisy from the busy street. Service was friendly, unrushed, and professional. We will definitely return!

Great atmosphere and the layout of the bar and restaurant is really well done. Our server, Christian, was very nice and efficient. The food was very good, chicken Parmesan and Chilean sea bass were wonderful. A really nice dining experience!

We come to Scottsdale each year in February and enjoy new eating experiences. Local was a gem to find. The service was excellent and the food delicious and beautifully presented. The cocktails are generous and well done as well. It's a new favorite of ours!
We had a wonderful experience at Local Bistro! The entire staff was friendly and kind and made our Valentine's Day dinner very special. Really incredible food with plenty of gluten free options. Also, really loved the ambiance...very romantic.

We always try to get to the Local Bistro when we are in town. It's one of our favorite spots. The food last night did not disappoint. My husband likes their pizza and I always go for the pasta. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Love the little booths!
Tried out local bistro while visiting from Austin. I grew up here and get stuck going to the old favorites but so glad we branched out. We had Mark as our server- he was amazing. Personable, attentive and just overall great. The calamari was very good, I got the rigatoni a la vodka but subbed for GF noodles- they were al dente and fantastic The short rib tagliatelle was also insanely good. We tried two desserts that were out of this world. Can't wait to come back next time i'm in town!

I haven't been here in awhile--went with 2 other couples. The food was outstanding--but a little overpriced compared to similar restaurants in the area. Wine list was ok for wines by the glass. I liked the vibe and will go back.

We sat on the patio and it was nice and warm- even a little quieter than inside. We split the drunken bread which was delicious. Then we had two pizzas, the Cobb salad and tagliatelle. The salad was very good- could use a tad more dressing. The tagliatelle was so yummy. The pizzas were good. Like the crust a lot and toppings were good- we had the meat and the short rib pizzas.
