Slow service and the food it's not so great, we take our pizza to go since they take forever to serve our food, and they pack our pizza in a small box all pile up, pic attached, we ordered a Ceasars salad and they put a lot of dressing on it, definitely we'll not came back. On top of that it's pricing, for a dinner of two weeks spend $100 .

Absolute best Bolognese sauce around. Better than the restaurants that charge you double the price, for half the food. Service is very good and the garlic knots are to die for. It is not fancy, but give me their great food over expensive decor, anytime! Will be placing a catering event this week!

My online to-go order was supposed to be ready at 5:20pm. It wasn't ready until 5:50pm, so I was sitting in their restaurant for 30 min. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. However, the manager offered to comp my entire order. I told him that wasn't necessary. He still gave me about $30 off. That's great customer service! We love Lorenzos food and understand restaurants have "hiccups." But it's all about how they make it right. Bravo Lorenzos. You have a customer for life.

My family wanted to eat dinner out on New Year’s Day. The restaurants we thought about were closed. We drove around and saw that Lorenzo’s was open. We took.a Chance. And we were so glad we did. First time eating there. Nothing fancy but the food was simply fantastic. Huge tasty portions. You will be happy you ate there
The pizza is about average. Nothing special, didn't have all that much flavor, and the crust was.... Not crispy, but soggy. $25 for 14"is pretty crazy too.

After living in the area for eight years and walking past Lorenzo’s many times, I stopped for a chicken Caesar salad takeout order. What a tasty surprise, the salad is outstanding as are the four accompanying house made garlic knots.

I’m a NJ guy who’s been here in North Scottsdale for 17 years. Lorenzo’s is by far the closest thing to a neighborhood family “pizza parlor” anywhere in the area. Great NY style pizza and other meals. So 5 stars compared to all of the other N. Scottsdale pizza joints and 4 stars compared to the “real” thing.

Spent $50 on 2 pizzas that were cold and disgusting. Came 5 mins early to my pick up time, pizzas were already waiting. Got home (live 3 mins away) and pizzas weren't even the slightest bit hot. Called and asked for refund, was told a manager would have to call back. No call back, nothing. Won't even give them a second try.

Just really bad pizza. Bad sauce, bad crust, frozen meatballs. Would not recommend.
