Loyalty restaurant and lounge

Lets hope this place stays closed and current person leasing the building moves on. Get a legitimate restaurateur to come and opens up a nice place. Im sure EEG or Riot hospitality would be interested in the space.

worst place. Friday evening in oldtown and place was dead...this should have been our first clue. multiple bars in the place but only one outside open. waitress was rather dry and did not have menus, ice or draft beer (it's too hot here for draft beer said the waitress) then our food queso dip was the kind you get out of a pump and the ball park or something and the wings tasted like they were fried with fish oil.....food also was served to to go boxes. needless to say we had ine beer and left without eating our food. I will never go back and was sooooo disappointed it was rather surreal. Hoping soon they will go out of business or change owners and put something that belongs in old town what a waste of a great building and space ?

Where do I start?? I have recommended Loyalty Lounge to many people as being 1. Black Owned2. Having Good Food3 Decent DJAlthough the crowd is more on the younger side I thought it was a great establishment. Until last Thursday that is! I brought my son & cousin whom were visiting from Minnesota as I felt Loyalty Lounge was more of their speed. The waitress Breyanna was very rude and ignorant. I had one piece of catfish & asparagus she brought me Mac N cheese, then had an attitude when I told her that it was wrong. She charged me $64.00 for a pc of fish, asparagus, and a Tito’s with soda water. I felt that I was being overcharged, the waitress became combative saying what she wasn’t going to do and so on! So I just paid my tab and left. Today I noticed that I had 5 different transactions from Loyalty Lounge totaling over $100! I have disputed this with my bank. I will never recommend nor sprang money in your establishment anymore! Which is sad because there are not many black owned businesses in Scottsdale

I am simply very disappointed! I called every number you guys have no answer so I went out of my way to reach out to you on Instagram just for you to block me and all I asked was how can I reach you, very unprofessional! it’s not OK to treat people that way after they did business with you and you charge my card multiple times more than you should have! I will not let this go simply because I don’t want this happening to other people so I am gonna request a response from a management please and thank you!

Finally a place I’m familiar with! The DJ was bomb, I sure did save a few songs from his playlist. I’m def hood! The food was bomb. We ate them crunchy good wings, the okra was bomb and the catfish nuggets was bomb! Everything so fresh. The waitresses were so fun and didn’t leave you hanging.

Nothing short of fantastic food! Burgers were well put together with fresh ingredients. Very much a pleasant surprise coming from a bar.

Great food and atmosphere. Ate with a group and everything I tried was amazing. I'd list what was good but it's literally everything we ordered.

Not going to lie, some of the reviews had me judging this place before I came, but I’m so glad we came out. It was R&B night last night and we had a ball. Felt like I was back home for a minute. Staff was friendly and I loved the live band. Definitely coming back!

I got the Surf and turf, steak, fried lobster tail, macaroni, & broccoli. The food was absolutely delicious! Seasoned to perfection & so tender. I loved it!

If you are vacationing or looking for something to do in Scottsdale you have to stop by Loyalty Lounge to check out the live music on Thursday nights or the Sunday Day Party Vibe - the food (lamb chops w/ zip sauce), DJ, live music artist, combined with the best & prettiest waitress staff ever is what made the experience top notch….. drinks are reasonably price & the food was seasoned and cooked to perfection! Most important as a solo traveler coming from NYC I felt safe in this establishment & the staff was super helpful with directions and suggestions!

Wonderful experience!! Great food and drinks. The entertainment was tip notch and the owners were so hands on. Can't wait to return.

This lounge has the most desrespectful security night staff. Not only they humiliated me in front of people by treating like a thief, but also they insulted me on top of that AFTER I PROVED THEM THEY WERE WRONG!PLEASE READ YELP REVIEWS to see how you can expect to be treated by the employees.

Why should you pay to enter a restaurant where there is no dancing floor? DJ's are great sounds on point!. I think if you want to take cover you should provide a dancing floor.

The food was amazing! The music was good! My only complaint is that it was pretty cold. We ate in the restaurant area which is covered but connected to the lounge which is outside. We only went for food and didn’t t stay much longer after we ate.
