Luci's at the Grove

We love Luci’s. We have brunch/ lunch here all the time. The food is excellent. The staff is always friendly. And tables turn fast enough that there is always a place to sit. Highly recommend.

Reviewing the STAFF not the food —
I ordered pick up. I had left, checked my bag then had to turn around because the order was missing an item. I then called them, asked if they had the missing item, a girl said yes. So I parked in the pick up and asked her to run it out to me. She acted very put out that she had to walk out front. No apology ever was offered for their mistake. She gave me the container without a WORD! No greeting, apology or even acknowledgement that I was even there. It was the strangest interaction. Normally I tip BEFORE receiving service because you pay online… but I repeatedly have missing items with to-go.
They are majority friendly when you approach the counter but this employee was did not care at all about her job or representation of the restaurant. So strange!! Improve your accuracy if you want tips on pickup.
The food is consistently good here.

Pretty tasty food (breakfast burrito with chicken chorizo was small but really good), but some of the items are a little silly with how expensive they are (eg. $13 bagel with a couple small slices okayish lox, or $8.50 pastry).

It's kind of like the Airbnb version of a cafe, and most of the inside is a sort of market/souvenir shop.

What a fun place! Lots of food and drink choices. Lots of tables inside and out. Misters on the patio. Retro theme. Shopping available. I ordered huevos rancheros. The sauce had a great flavor. My husband had the traditional breakfast. The bacon was perfect! Thick and crispy. Sourdough toast. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned. My cousin had eggs, bacon and oatmeal. The oatmeal was amazing! The other person in our party had pancakes, eggs and bacon. Big and fluffy.
I have ordered catering from Luci's in the past for my work. The breakfast burritos are quality and tasty!

Super cute on the inside and my coffee was great! Food was just ok, I got a chicken wrap and they forgot the sauce and my fries were soggy. We also sat at a table that had dirty plates on it for 20 min because that was the only spot left and they did not get cleared until after we sat.

This is such an amazing beautiful place. I had a delicious breakfast the chilaquies without pork. It layered corn chips with green sauce , 2 over medium eggs , potatoes and green chilies. So amazing. Luci's is a fun trendy hip .

Unfortunately the blending machine is not working to make smoothies on this day but still enjoyed our time at the establishment service was amazing.
