Lulu's Italian Water Ice

I have purchased from this business for years, . I am also a business owner at a local market and I was shocked how the owner of the business was cussing at my high school employees last night, so much that the police were involved because he was so irate. I approached the situation because it became elevated. I tried to apologize and rationalize that it was not on purpose and try to explain their was no malice. I support your business every month. The owners direct words. " I don't care you buy, six dollar sorbet and drinks from me, who cares." THIS IS THE LAST TIME I EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS UNDER STAFF BULLY. I truly get why you never have any help. This all could have been avoided had he asked my staff to politely move their things, that were blocking his vehicle. It had been a five hour event I get that your tired and in a rush to leave. But you cannot speak to Freshman and Sophomore in Highschool like this, YOU ARE A 40+ YEAR OLD MAN. I have spoken to my staff about this incident, so it shouldn't happen again. I was shocked that I have been at first Friday for 15 years with my business and your business LULU ITALIANS for 11 years and this is how your represent yourself.

They went above and beyond with customer service. The flavors were AMAZING! We tried the mango, strawberry, orange, peach, and chocolate. All full of flavor yet very light. Highly recommend!

Stopped by AJs a couple of days ago and picked up the Pineapple Lemongrass flavor….WOWZA!!! Delicious, will be going back for more. Incredible flavor without the ridiculous sweetness…it was NEXT level!

Joe is an amazing guy and his product is delicious!!!! 10/10Everything on his menu is fresh, tasty, and worth every penny. I can’t recommend this company enough! You won’t regret it!

Joe was super nice to wait for us before he called it a day after having a very long day at cultural events he was selling in. We tried almost every flavor he had for that day and had such a hard time choosing which one to buy because everything was so tasty and pure rich flavor. Bought a bunch of pints of about 5 flavors and a few cups of scoops for the road. I've lived very close by for 12 years and was kicking myself for not knowing about his business. Please note that it's not an ice cream store but a place of manufacture and his stuff are sold in AJ's too. Will certainly be having him be at the events I am involved in organizing.

I just ate an entire pint of Lulu‘s sorbetto, pure coconut flavor. It’s the best. Nothing comes close. I absolutely love ice cream. And I’ve been looking for a non-dairy option for YEARS. Tried everything. Avocado, oat milk, almond milk, macadamia nut milk, goat milk, etc. Many are good. None are awesome. Lulu’s towers above all of them and equals Häagen-Dazs on taste. I’ll be heading down to AJ‘s tomorrow to buy all the other flavors. Absolutely fantastic job!!!

It was soooo good it’s a great place to go on a hot day

Hands down the best Italian sorbetto that I have ever had! Classic, Mango and Strawberry were the flavors I was blessed with. I can never go back! The owner is such a gentleman and great guy…thank you for your hospitality.

The Bordeaux is hands down my favorite flavor, but all of them are so good! They come to the Flagstaff Farmers Market every week, and I spend the entire winter and spring dreaming of the red umbrella and amazing sorbetto flavors. You can't go wrong with their product, but they're also happy to let you sample every single flavor.

This is the best sorbetto I've ever had! The flavors are unique, and every single one of them is delicious and refreshing. My favorite was 1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop of coconut, but I recently switched to chocolate and honeydew. Yum! If you try it, you will like it! The owner is also really kind. Every time I go to an outdoor event in Flagstaff in summer, I look for Lulu's ... and it's always a better event if they are there!
