The sizes of their gelato cups now is ridiculously small. The large cup now was the medium cup size before. its over priced

A very good selection of gelato and good customer service. Been there twice and it was good both times. We plan to try the restaurant portion next time since it seemed quite full each time. Must have good food too.

I'm in East Valley not Scottsdale just looking for Gelato. Only 5-6 basic flavors and VERY overpriced; didn't stay. We headed to small shop Jelato88 and got great gelato at reasonable price. The chocolate was AMAZING along with Ube & Rose!

Luna offers a cute atmosphere and some amazing gelato! They have great selection and the staff is always so friendly. There are traditional gelatos and also “soft serve” selections! Our favorite is the passionfruit but chocolate hazelnut is a close second! I’ve also tried the pistachio in the soft serve version and it was equally as delicious !

We love the gelatos here but the customer service experienced we had yesterday was horrible. She saw us walk in the door and got infront of the counter. Not a simple hi or how can I help you happened. She proceeded folding pizza boxes like she didn't see us. My husband didn't order anything because of it. (01/18/24 3:30s) For management that see this, she was wearing light blue button up dress shirt.

Finally some real Italian gelato, like at home ?I’ve got 2 very Italian flavors (pistacchio and gianduia) and they were delicious!

This is delicious gelato for a reasonable price. My sister had a Ferrero Rocher and Salted Butter Caramel. My daughter had raspberry/blood orange. I had combo Luna (the chocolaty nutty house flavor) and Stracciatella.
