We love the gelatos here but the customer service experienced we had yesterday was horrible. She saw us walk in the door and got infront of the counter. Not a simple hi or how can I help you happened. She proceeded folding pizza boxes like she didn't see us. My husband didn't order anything because of it. It's a gelato place that is attached to the Pomo pizza restaurant. So the atmosphere is a bit restauranty. It also serves coffee too. It's pricy but you're in N. Scottsdale sonthat is to be expected. The server is really nice letting us try all sorts of flavors. We ended up getting two scoops and Expresso. That ended up being $10. The gelato itself is really good! Not too sweet nlike some other places. I would go back again if I have a gelato and pizza itch.

Was in the area having lunch and saw this place in passing and decided to try it out after our meal. This is a cute little gelato place sectioned off of Pomo Pizzeria. They offer a good selection of gelato flavors to choose from, including a few flavors you don't usually see on the menu at gelato places in Arizona. What we really liked about this place was that they don't have too many flavors to overwhelm you with when trying to decide on what flavor to choose. After sampling a few of their flavors, I decided to go with a medium size cup of banana gelato. The gelato was rich and creamy, the banana flavor was strong and not subtle at all! The companion I went with is a bit pickier with her desserts and prefers flavors that are not too sweet. The person behind the counter that was helping us gave great recommendations to my companion to sample. Something a little closer to suit her taste buds. She ended up getting a small sized cup of one of the pistachio flavors (not sure which one specifically) and she seemed to enjoy it. Would definitely come back to try out some of their rotating flavors!

Great little gelato place right next to Pomo pizzeria, the gelato did not disappoint. I had the hazelnut gelato it's was smooth and rich and creamy. I have never been here and now all I want to do is come back just so I can have some more of this delicious gelato. The service was quick and straightforward which was also a bonus.

Deciding where to get dessert tonight? Come to Luna Gelateria where they offer authentic gelato. Revolving flavors on the menu. I got a small size cup with pistachio and stracciatella. Fun fact, stracciatella is a cheese that comes in 3 different forms: ice cream, egg drop and cheese. I got getting more vanilla and chocolate chips but no string cheese flavors which was delicious. The pistachio ice cream was good too just wished there was small bits of pistachio. Staff was great! There's also a pizzeria next store which I will definitely come back to try one of these days. Perfect for date night!

Some of the gelato here is good. However there are a few that are very bland. Three of us went to Luna on June 7. We got the raspberry, mango, coffee and another that is difficult to describe. The raspberry was great. Mango was satisfactory, the coffee was bland and had ice crystals in it, which tells me that it was kept too warm and refrozen. Not a good product to say the least. When we brought it to the attention of the person in charge they shrugged it off. We asked to replace and although they did with lemon ( a fabulous item) and mango the server did not fill up the container with the replacement items and did not seem to care about the whole situation. I give two stars for some mediocre and bad gelato but some really good ones as well as the bad customer service for problem resolution.

Great selection of gelatos to choose from. They have both soft serve and regular. What I appreciated about the selection is it assortment. It's just the right amount of selection. Scoops are quite generous. Price is good for the quality of the ice cream. I tried a large with two different types of pistachio (looovvveeee pistachios). The service was great! Wish I took a picture of the ice cream and crowd there. Keep up the good work with the flavors!

This is delicious gelato for a reasonable price. My sister had a Ferrero Rocher and Salted Butter Caramel. My daughter had raspberry/blood orange. I had combo Luna (the chocolaty nutty house flavor) and Stracciatella.
