Amazing Italian cuisine! Wow! Best in the valley!
Meatballs too salty. Sent back and new order was also too salty , smaller, and overcooked. Chicken parm was overcooked with breading close to burnt on one side. Bread was tasteless. Lobster Ravioli was also too salty. Tutti Santi nearby has much better quality.
My husband and I went there for the first time last week and had the most delicious meal! By far my favorite Italian restaurant in the area

Mamma Lucy is a beloved restaurant with a cozy, homey atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it a perfect spot for events like bridal showers. Customers have praised the incredible service and felt like they were dining in the old country. The food is top-notch, featuring delicious options like gnocchi, cannoli, and a standout three-tier pasta dish that offers distinct flavors. Guests appreciate the family-owned feel and the authentic Italian recipes. The antipasto board serves as a beautiful appetizer, and desserts like panna cotta and perfectly brewed espressos are exquisite finishes to unforgettable meals. The inside setting and vibe are inviting and charming, with soft music and quiet surroundings that allow for good conversations. The experience is enhanced by attentive service, with staff like waiter Chris providing a professional and delightful experience. Chef Fabio offers paired tasting and dinner, with common table seating that encourages chatting and sharing. The pairings are spot on, and the food is delicious, giving a great taste of Sorrento. The menu includes both modern and traditional choices, with four specials in addition to regular options, and the sauces are exceptional. Many customers have raved about the pasta dishes, like paparadelle funghi and salsicca pasta, which are some of the best they've ever had. Portions are huge and made with love, and the atmosphere and history of this restaurant are unmatched. Visitors also appreciate the gluten-free options, which are well-prepared and delightful, along with friendly staff. The happy hour experience is excellent, with friendly hosts and bartenders, where drinks are amazing and service is going above and beyond. Overall, Mamma Lucy remains a wonderful neighborhood gem and a must-visit for those craving a taste of southern Italy in Arizona.
