This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The servers were amazing. They were sweet, professional and very accommodating. We were visiting out of town and they really made my fiancé's birthday special.

Always a great experience. Celebrated a friend's birthday and the food was amazing, the service exceptional, and the whole vibe was awesome.

We celebrated my parents’ 54th anniversary at Maple & Ash and it could not have been a more perfect evening. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special and thoughtfully done.

The food was absolutely outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavor — but what truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Christa was our waitress, and she was beyond amazing. She was so attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure my parents felt celebrated. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

It meant so much to us to have such a memorable experience for such an important milestone. Thank you to Christa and the entire team for making my parents’ 54th anniversary so special. We will definitely be back!

Maple & Ash provided an excellent dining experience that cannot be missed when visiting Scottsdale. The food, atmosphere and hospitality are the best we have experienced in a long time. In this era of dining there is so much competition out there it can be hard to find the right experience for your occasion. Maple & Ash provides a one of a kind experience that will leave a lasting impression. As great as everything about the restaurant is, most importantly Ryan, our waiter truly went above and beyond to help make an experience we will be talking about for years to come.

Food was good…. Service was awful. Terrible service can make a great meal miserable. Service and drinks were slow, orders incorrect. I order the Steak Frites and Brussels sprouts… steak was overcooked, but still pretty good. Brussels were amazing! Go to Maestro's or Steak 44 for consistency. I likely won’t be back.

I just want to preface this with this is our second time at Maple and Ash. The first time was January of 2022 to celebrate my graduation. Our experience then was superb - my husband and I like to try different steakhouses for our more fancier date nights. Now it has been a while since we did one of our fancier date nights (kids, life ya know), however my husband is leaving for the Army in 2 weeks and he decided he wanted one more nice date night before he left. It also happened to be on Valentine's Day weekend - which I was shocked that we were able to get a reservation on Friday evening. We walked in thinking we'd get the same experience the first time, however it was wrong.

When I made our reservation I put in the celebration box, celebrating my husband leaving for the army. When we arrived we were not asked if we were celebrating. Our waitress really seemed as if we were an inconvenience for her, no small talk - straight to the point. They changed the small appetizer they give you prior to ordering to what it looked like to me leftovers of a salad being utilized with a fancy french onion dip. Maple and Ash boxes up your left overs - my husband placed everything he wanted boxed up on his plate and communicated it, to our surprise when we got home not all of it was saved.

The food was fine, however I am sure there has been some inflation here as there was everywhere else. But the food was not worth almost $350 including tip. I am not sure what happened from our first trip to our most recent (i know its been a while) but it was not what we were expecting.

Wow. I have tried this restaurant 5 times now to no avail. I have been there for dinner (leftovers were boxed in the kitchen and I had terrible food poisoning from the left overs)
Went back bc I was given a gift certificate. Service is always horrible after the first time I went. They charge you to sit at the table even if you don’t want to eat their overly priced $85 brunch food. Even if you are drinking the over priced drinks you will still have to pay $85. They offer unlimited shareables but service is so horrible we only got one serving before they told us that the kitchen was closed. They allowed you to book a reservation 1 hour before closing the kitchen but don’t even wait on you in a timely manner. Drinks alone took over 20 min to get and we were only a table if 4! Food is good if you want to pay way too much for a serving of food that will leave you hungry after.
Here’s my takeaway
Great atmosphere. Dj ends abruptly at 2. They also don’t mention that. The service is horrible almost every time years apart
The unlimited mimosas or all you can eat shareables is a lie due to the horrible service
And it’s way over priced for the amount of food and terrible service.
Atmosphere is cool though.

Pros: The restaurant is located in the heart of Scottsdale. The moment you walk in you can't help but notice the thought that went into creating such a beautiful space.

Our server, RG, started us off with a delicious complimentary appetizer and cocktail.

Cons: Unfortunately, the quality of the meal didn't match the price tag. After having the branzino recently in Abra in Los Angeles, the plate here was bland at best.

Our server was attentive, but rushed. It felt like he was just going through the motions, without any real concern for the experience. He left me talking to myself a few times.

This establishment charges an additional fee to offset the cost of health insurance for the employees. The explanation given is that this helps keep the menu prices lower than they would be. The prices are already higher than the local Fleming's, so this justification doesn't make sense to me.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.
