I made a reservation but I didn't realize there were two completely different seating areas. Previously we had experienced the fun, swanky atmosphere of the indoor dining experience. However this time we were sat on the terrace area (covered) where you have a more casual experience (decor and location by the main street with traffic noise). Service and food was still exceptional. Next time I will call to make sure I have an inside table where the beautiful table cloths and candelabras are!

First impression, nicely decorated. The host was not friendly or talkative. The seat selection was not too close to the music which I was fine with but unfortunately we sat near a large group where several tables had to be placed together. I would think they should not sit additional people so close to such a large group. I made a reservation online the week before to have Saturday brunch with my mother and sisters. I receive several text messages stating the cancellation policy and dress code over and over again. I made a big deal about it asking my entire party to dress accordingly. I am not sure why though. I was very disappointed to see girls wearing the cut jean shorts like they were at the beach. Very unappealing and not to dress code. So many other people were there and dressed nicely, please keep your policies to your standards. This ensures everyone enjoys the experience. The large table got very loud and really made it impossible to enjoy company or even hear each other. We ordered and one entree was incorrect. When I pointed it out they seemed confused only to come back to our table and confirm they did make a mistake. They did comp that entree. The service was good, but there were many things that could have been done to be exceptional. With such a large group literally chairs touching ours we didn't get prompt service. You are electing to spend a good amount of money on brunch your expectations should be high. It's not the quality you get with the price paid at other establishments. I travel and take clients to dinner all over, there is an expectation when you want exceptional service, the correct atmosphere and great food. This is not what I was expecting. Their dress code policy is a joke, I am not sure why they harass you about it and let beach-goers in.

Updated: I did try to email back with the information you requested but the email address was undeliverable.

Wow. Just wow. 55th birthday dinner, and it couldn't have been better. Amy, our server was magnificent. The food was impeccable, my drink of choice Mosow Mule, exceptional. Ambiance, cleanliness, friendliness, superb. A true gem in Scottsdale.

The staff's dedication to excellent service truly enhances the dining experience. The delicious food elevates the overall enjoyment. While the cuisine may not reach the pinnacle of culinary perfection, it remains a worthwhile endeavor. The unique atmosphere creates a memorable occasion. It's a place worth visiting for the combined effect of ambiance and hospitality.

We have typically always enjoyed brunch at Maple & Ash. It has consistently been our go to for any sort of celebration. We left this time rather disappointed. They changed the menu which was the first big issue. Previously any entree came with potatoes, sides of steak, and beignets and they just kept coming as the plates were finished. This added not only amazing value to brunch but also made it so fun to have this family style element that kept the party going. Few will feel as heartbroken as we did but the fun waffle tower is gone. Overall the food was very good as usual (steak perfectly prepared, delightful crab benedict) but walking out with a $200 bill for two doesn't feel like the same "wow this was amazing" experience that it used to be. Likely our last time joining for brunch.

Our Somm Daniel may be the best we’ve ever had and will definitely be back to see him. My wife and I always feel taken care of and appreciate hospitality on each visit.

Service is great the ambience is great but the reality is it's a steak house and the steak was terrible. $700 dinner bill for date night and my steak was overcooked and my wife's was undercooked. Server was awesome so nice and they did comp one of the steaks. But again bill was $700 with a comped steak and both were cooked wrong and weren't good.

The ambiance and decor are amazing, beautiful restaurant. They give us a free welcome drink & crème fraîche with potato chips & a little caviar on top this was pretty good. We ordered the surf and turf, salmon and lobster dumplings. The inside of the dumplings could've been more seasoned but the broth was really good. The entrees were just okay, they weren't flavorful or well seasoned in my opinion & the steak was slightly under (I asked for medium but it was more on the medium rare side). They also provide a menu with your name on it if you're celebrating a birthday or event so that was a nice touch!
