We had a great experience. This was my first time to Phoenix and my cousin recommended this restaurant. We dined with her and her husband and another couple. The staff was welcoming, we got there early and sat by the bar and had drinks before we were seated. When seated the provided complimentary appetizers and cocktails. The food was delicious. I had the sea bass, my husband had the filet and my cousin had the lamb chops. We will definitely be back on our next visit. Great vibe.

First time here. Very appealing looking restaurant with high end ambience and energy. The taster cocktail and amuse bouche on arrival was a nice touch and real candles on the tables. Service was good and overall price surprisingly reasonable (compared to some places we are used to in our hometown of Vegas). The food was fine but not necessarily memorable - we had Filet with fries and asparagus followed by ice cream.

Our minds were completely blown! This was our first visit and it was INCREDIBLE! Everything was perfect and made for an amazing anniversary celebration. The restaurant is beautifully designed and very detail added to the experience. From the first moment we walked in, to the real candle on the table and all the way to the end, the decor is engaging and adds to the dinner experience. Drea was our server and she was beyond fantastic. She greeted us with a starter drink, and offered us a mocktail as well (my wife doesn't drink alcohol, but I do). Both of the drinks were very good. She took the time to walk through the menu, offered excellent suggestions, and really knew her stuff. It made it so much easier to pick the perfect meal. The support staff was great as well. Drink refills, clearing plates, boxing things up, everyone provided top notch care that made us feel special. Now the food... I cannot say enough about the food... so I will try and keep it short and sweet... this was maybe the best meal we've ever had in our life! (If it is not the top, it is in the top two or three). Every bite of everything we had was outstanding. My old fashioned was a perfectly balanced drink and my wife's mocktail was the best she has ever had (her words). Our steak was perfect. The sides were excellent. No complaints! Ok... maybe one... we couldn't finish everything and didn't have room for dessert! But, even there, they went over and above by sending us an anniversary dessert home as a gift. We are just very grateful for the experience. Yes, the prices are elevated, but worth every penny. We cannot wait to return... in fact, Drea was kind enough to help us secure a table for our next special night out (we asked her, unprompted, and she went over and above to accommodate). If you are looking for the perfect date night out for a special occasion, Maple & Ash is where you want to be.

I got the king crab legs and my wife had the filet. You can really taste the smoky flavor in each bite! The waiter was extremely generous. It was our anniversary and he really treated us right! We were both not that hungry so we were trying to get small portions to save room for dessert but he brought us complimentary sides, drinks. And recommended the coconut crème cake that was delicious! The king crab was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The filet was delicious. But overall the service is better than we have had anywhere else in a long time. We will definitely be choosing this place again if we visit Scottsdale again.

The restaurant is nice and very well decorated but that was about it. From the moment we arrived we were not paid attention to at all. Everyone around us was served, ate, and left before we were finished with our meal because it took so long to get us our food (over an hour and a half). Our waiter was absolutely biased and 100% discriminatory toward us. He was busy taking caviar shots with other tables and couldn’t even get us a refill . We weren’t his priority and it was very noticed. I wish we had not gotten such a poor experience for our first time here. Do better.

Was here today. My sister in law invited me for a brunch for her birthday. Best thing about this place is the vibe. We waited an hour and a half for our food. We were here over 3 hours. 3 hours! I didn’t get a single refill from my server while here. Would never recommend super over hyped. $85 for pancakes or french toast. You’d think you’d get remotely I good service for the price. On the contrary you get ignored
