My longtime friend & I celebrated our birthdays at your restaurant & she was Szo excited you printed out the Happy F**ing Birthday sign! Caviar & champagne & all our food was wonderful as well as the service, as always! ❤️
We went to Maple and Ash for our anniversary and I really appreciate the custom anniversary menu. Great service from Gabby in the bar area. Food was very good and the alcohol suggestion fit right with our meal. Highly recommend. We made a reservation to return on our way out.
Love the drinks and app upon arrival to the table! Drinks took a bit long and pacing was off to our food, we got food prior to drinks, but still a phenomenal service and meal!
All I can say is wow. From the moment we sat down to our exit from the restaurant. Our server was Sean and greeted us with a house prickly pear margaritas and a blueberry mocktail for the little one. We were then given the house chips and dip as we waited for our created seafood tower (scallops and shrimp) followed by the main event of amazing steaks. Oh how could I forget we were treated to a house made pasta to absorb the seafood butter. What a show stopper. Maple and Ash know what they are doing and again Sean was exceptional.
This was the second time I have been to Maple & Ash. The first time was wonderful, excellent service, great food and overall a 10. This time, we were seated and didn't receive menus for 45 minutes - yes 45 minutes literally! The service was terrible (mind you we were there at 11:00 am). We were seated in the back with one other party (not very busy at all). I had ordered a tea and received that pretty quickly. I had asked for a refill (mind you that the glass was medium size and thin with 4 huge ice cubes...not really much to drink). I asked at least 4 times for a refill. It is almost like they want to present as super high end, but if you keep asking for something and the server can see that you still don't have it, SHE should get it. It came across that this was beneath her. Value for the money, I am not sure 1 piece of toast cut in half with 1/2 of arugula and a "French omelet" (I believe this may have 1.5-2 eggs with boursin cheese was worth $32 (I didn't even finish since it was so oily). We ordered champaign, bacon and potatoes for the table, mimosa's, etc. I am sure the bill was over $600 (we were celebrating 2 birthdays). To me, it would be worth that if the service was top notch, but just wasn't. Not sure if I ever would make reservations there again.
Went for my birthday overall GREAT Experience Enjoyed myself loved my cocktails left there full & tipsy!!
Outstanding food but ambience was poor due to air conditioning which was way too cold. The health benefit insurance charge is pretty cheesy when there is no tax on tips .
Personally I was not the biggest fan, the food was very good. I ordered a filet and my company ordered Bronzino. Steak was cooked to perfection, however the accompaniment of the chimichuri was not needed. Sadly the chimichuri tasted like canola oil :( All the sides were great, it's a beautiful ambiance. However I do feel that service lacked. At the price point of the restaurant, service, ambiance & food should reflect that price point. Overall I would rate it a 7/10, don't know if I would be back. I feel like the beauty of the restaurant didn't reflect the service nor food unfortunately.
My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service was excellent and the food was amazing!!! Our server Michael was exceptional, super attentive and checked on us often! We loved everything that we ate.. food was super tasty and came out hot. We had the bone-in NY strip, lobster dumplings, sea bass, mac n cheese, & potato gratin. Only have a photo of my sea bass because I took a video of all the food. I love how they offer the personalized menu and that you are able to take them home with you. Highly recommend!
I celebrated my birthday here and had an amazing time. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I can't wait to visit again.

Loved the food and drinks but service was ok and for the cost of food I thought we deserved a bit more attention.
The restaurant ambience was very nice and the food was good...However, service was less than acceptable. Very Slow... we were a party of 8 for a birthday and it did not appear our server was particularly interested in doing her job properly. The prices are high which is fine, but when I go to an establishment with the reputation of Maple & Ash I expect excellent service. My husband spoke with a manager about our issue while wee were there and he did not bother to come to our table to apologize or to check if things had approved. Not Appropriate...I will not be shy about sharing our experience. C. Oliver

My husband and I dined here on Tuesday for our 19th wedding anniversary. The whole experience was amazing. Our waiter for the night was Dillan , he really made our night special. The chef that night was top notch. We will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Maple and Ash Scottsdale for elevating our special day 😊

This is by far one of my favorite steakhouses in Scottsdale. The steak is always grilled perfectly, and the sides are delicious. Definitely try their dessert menu. The goey butter torte, and the table side banana foster are DELICIOUS!! Can’t wait to be back :)
