The dining experience is something out of the 1990s. This place is in need of a major renovation.
Unlike other Nordstrom restaurants I've been to this is limited service. You order at a counter and they bring the food.
The tables are completely bare of condiments. So if your iced tea is refilled you must get up from your table to get sweetener.
For the price, the food is simply not worth it. I got the mushroom ravioli that was ok but borderline over cooked.
It filled me up but that was it 😕.
NM cafe in Neiman Marcus is superior to this place.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews, I got the eggs benedict, the eggs were boiled and the hollandaise sauce tasted horrible. I was starving but still wasn’t able to have more than a few bites. The food is also very overpriced compared with the extremely low quality they provide. There are so many better options in the area, I will NEVER go back and definitely don’t recommend to anyone!

Excited to share the Nordstrom cafe, one of my favorite places, with my mom and baby. As soon as we sit down we are asked to move to the darkest part of the restaurant away from everything. Like they didn’t want us there. We refused but now the service is uncomfortable and awkward the entire meal. What was once a magical place is now a sad unwelcome memory. Luckily my baby was asleep the entire time in the stroller and won’t remember it - but I will. I will always remember this and how I was treated. And I am confident to say this place is not family friendly - at least in my experience…
The staff are amazing and great tasting food options.

Ordered soup and coffee, soup delivered with out bread had to ask twice for original coffee, server never asked how everything was or or asked if we needed anything else. Have dined there many times but will not return. Terrible service and overpriced.

Delicious and delightful. Pistachio and spinach with Lamb. Recommended. The tomato bisk soup was fantastic and I enjoyed it. The bread is toasted to a light crisp. Nice atmosphere with lots of natural light.

Very short and rude service. There’s no need to sigh or roll your eyes when you’re just ringing someone out. 2nd time here and it’s just not worth it. Food is okay, nothing great for the price and yes there’s an up charge on most items. As someone who works in the mall, i wouldn’t waste my time or money at this cafe again. I would highly recommend training the girls hospitality not just register functions.

The food is SO good & the servers are just wonderfully friendly! I took my grand daughter here twice today. She loves looking out the huge windows & talking to the servers.
Kid-friendliness: Even the manager was SO kind as to come speak with my granddaughter today, as did all the servers. Really great service this afternoon 10- 23-23. Thank you!! The pizza was wonderful!

I’m a self proclaimed foodie. It feels strange to be leaving a review for this place. I’ve been here twice. Both times; the service has been amazing. The servers don’t have the typical role. It’s a cafeteria style, sort of. Order at the counter and the food is brought to you by the servers. All of which have been extremely attentive and kind but not pushy and annoying. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The interior is a little a dated and seats worn, but they are still plush and comfortable. Almost relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle of the mall. The food is a little pricey but delicious! We have not been disappointed with any of our meals. This is such a nice surprise in the mall, an excellent option if you hate food courts like I do. The only concern is tipping the amazing wait staff… you pay at the counter for the food. There’s an option to leave a tip. I make sure to bring cash and leave directly. This place is great!

By far my favorite place to eat in fashion square . Any meal you get is always so delicious. Their iced teas are so delicious and refreshing. Their Roma tomato soup is the best tomato soup ever. Everything is so delicious.

Their prices are same as Franchise or any high end restaurant. Also you tip twice! When you pay at the catchier and to a person that brings you a check.A sandwich cost me almost 30$.Place looks like cafeteria in a hospital and has strange smell inside.Terrible
Located on the second floor of Nordstrom in the Fashion Square Mall. Spotless. Enjoy their excellent service. Walk up to order with cashier. The baked products display was unavailable. Usually quiet. Will return.

We were here last summer and thought something was off. However, we ate lunch and it was ok. Today 01.16.2023 we came for lunch, but didn't stay. It was cold, the carpet had an odor like Denny's and nothing is inviting. Hospital cafeterias are more pleasant. Surely they could do better.
