Absolutely divine! The lobster roll was bursting with fresh, sweet meat, perfectly nestled in a toasted bun. It truly felt like a bite of Maine right here in Scottsdale. I can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!

Their lobster tastes like it was tortured a long time ago and died a slow and painful death. Extremely tough and tasteless. This was officially the worst lobster roll I’ve ever had (I’m from New England). This thing was $30 for 50% more meat? I can’t imagine how much they put on the regular rolls. Go to Angie’s for much cheaper and way better.

Had a great first experience at Mason’s! The lobster roll looked exactly like the picture on the menu (which, let’s be honest, almost never happens) and was packed with fresh, delicious REAL lobster meat. I got the combo with a drink and a side—though I do wish there were a few more chip options and some fresh-brewed tea instead of just soft drinks. The interior was super cute, and the staff (including the owner) were all friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

We've been coming to Mason's probably once a month th for 3 - 4 years. Always consistent food, service and pretty clean. Last visit probably 4 - 5 weeks. This place has fallen into total disarray. Outside dirty unattended to. Inside floor, walls and every table dirty. And garbage can over flowing and little condiment station with NO or al.ost empty salt and pepper. Ordered Connecticut like always. Comes warm with butter. No butter on lobster. Texture of lobster was crunchy. Yeah. Crunchy. Fries fine as always. The kid cooking nice and attentive. The other he had to drag out of the back to help. We asked him for ketchup and he said I'll get you Ranch. Never brought us ketchup. Bottom line place totally disgusting, dirty and lobster went from a 10 to a maybe 4. We will never go back. Sad because it was a favorite for years.

So this is by far the best lobster sandwich’s I’ve had and there fires are on point , we didn’t wait to long the food came out kinda fast tbh staff was nice told us which sandwich to pick, but very good I recommend the warm one but the cold sandwich is very good also

My mother in law wanted to try this place, and we had noticed they posted a board outside that mentioned $5 for a hot dog and fries.
We walked in, where the person working greeted us with “I’m super busy and by myself so it will be awhile” okay, sure no problem except she had one table of 2 at the time.
We stood and waited patiently and 2 mins later she asked us what we wanted. I said I wanted to get the hot dogs for $5 that included fries to which she said “ya, we’re not doing that right now”.. well then why is it mentioned on the board right outside the restaurant? We had planned to order more, however her attitude was that of someone who was annoyed we were there in the first place and I decided that spending my money there wasn’t something I wanted to do. My kids enjoyed the hot dogs for what it’s worth, except the ketchup was like vinegar water out of the dispenser.
Hopefully that was a one time thing as it seems most others have positive things to say.
But I wouldn’t return due to how rude the staff was.

We received our order with Door Dash. Everything was well wrapped and hot.
After spending every summer in New England, we know our lobster rolls and lobster bisque! Both were right on and very delicious!
