Masons Famous Lobster Rolls

Came here for the first time. I was really hungry and looking forward to a satisfying meal, but instead, I left feeling ripped off and still starving. Their classic roll is essentially an appetizer that costs $24! It was ridiculously small – barely a few bites. While the food did taste fresh, that's about the only positive thing I can say. It certainly didn't justify th price tag and did absolutely nothing to curb my hunger. Paying that much for such a minuscule portion is just not good value for money. I won't be returning.

A bit expensive but delicious 😋 Due to price, it's not a place we can do as often as we like. The people who worked there are great! Very friendly!

Parking: There is very little street parking. The best is to park in the multilevel parking garage and walk. It is a pleasant walk, tho.

Lobster meat is not very fresh. Very little meat in the bun. Nothing compares to the fresh East Coast lobster places!

We had lunch here and the rolls were delicious. They are a bit pricey, but worth it if you are partial to lobster, The restaurant is average as one orders at the counter and sits at any available table. I've never seen this restaurant very busy (must be due to price), so no need to worry about long wait or no place to sit.

Just walked out after throwing an entire bowl of soup in the garbage. I ordered lobster bisque that claimed to have fresh lobster placed on top of it…. All I got was liquid the color of bright orange with zero fish or lobster in it. When I asked the person working where the fish was, she said that’s what lobster bisque is. I threw it in the garbage and left.

I strongly suggest avoiding this place, which is really sad because I was excited to see it. Come to the Scottsdale Quarter.

It’s December 23 and they had one person working taking orders and serving food, that’s clearly an indication of how their business has been and how they run their business.

Lobster roll had very little lobster, fries were burnt . And coleslaw was so small maybe 3 tablespoons and very bland. Even the lemon slice was the end of the lemon. Never order again. Overpriced and definitely not worth it !

One of the few places in the Valley where you can get a hot Connecticut style lobster. I always pair it with the coleslaw, but the fries are good too.

Parking: Parking garage on the Northside of the Commons is the closest to the restaurant and there's a lot of free spaces (3levels)

Absolutely great!! I’ve been to Bar Harbor Maine several times this is as real as it gets fast casual dining at its best I’ll be bringing customers in.
