Super super expensive for the quality of food they serve. You can get surf and turf literally anywhere else and not spend nearly as much. North Italia across the street at kierland, you can get an appetizer, two entrees and two sodas for 10 dollars more than what you would spend here. Service was sleepy at best and annoyed at least. Atmosphere was a permanent miasma of awe at the hit your bank account suffered entering this place.

I stopped in this location on my lunch break to grab some food. There was only one associate working and the store was extremely busy. I waited through my entire lunch break and never got the food I ordered. I asked the girl to cancel my order as I had to get back to work. She assured me she would and I would be refunded. Needless to say I was never refunded. No food and no refund is no bueno! I will not be back.
This place is awesome; a bit pricy but worth it. We visited in December and loved it so much that we had dinner there 2 out of 3 days. The owners are super nice, place is tiny but well kept and located in the heart of downtown. Give them a try you won't regret it.Parking: I can see parking being a problem here. The downtown is really nice so it must get quite busy. We were there in Dec during holidays, so it was not as crowded.

I'll start off by saying the lobster was really good and tasted fresh. The service was slow. It took 15 minutes to receive the food after ordering and that was with a total of 3 people ahead of us. Also came around 12:30 and expected it to be busier but it was not. So I'd hate to be there when they were busy. And the eating areas were fine but very dirty. None of the tables had been wiped down. And there were birds picking at the food left outside. Overall if food was the only criteria I'd rate it higher but for $23 a roll, I'd expected the place to be cleaner.

We got two delicious rolls! My son even wanted to go up and thank the cook for such a delicious meal.Buttery and all the lobster stuffed in the bun. Definitely will be coming back.

I became a fan of Mason’s in Panama City where the pieces of lobster were huge and fresh. Scottsdale had aged lobster and small pieces thrown on the wall. Fly to Panama City instead. It will feel worth it.

Came on a Tuesday afternoon. Needed a quick fix and didn't want a full meal Not busy at all so I walked right up and ordered the Connecticut Roll combo to go with coleslaw as my side item. Fair amount of lobster meat and the roll was prepared nicely with the right amount of butter and toast level. Coleslaw side was good as well and wasn't overly sweet. I'd definitely recommend this for a quick lobster roll fix.

Just absolutely fantastic, and a pretty generous portion of lobster in the roll. The bread is super soft, and perfectly toasted on the outside. Everyone in our group noted that the lobster was perfectly cooked, not rubbery like some, and with just the right amount of satisfying chewing. Quite tender. Really excellent.

The lobster rolls here are actually really good! I was surprised to see this in Scottsdale (it wasn't there las turned I came). The staff is really friendly which makes eating in a good option. The fries were meh, nothing crazy kind of ...raw? Not sure but they weren't golden and crisp. The chowder was decent, again it wasn't the best I've had but it was okay considering. It also came out piping hot like scorching so be careful there. The place is clean and has good vibes, they also have a lot of beer options.
