We had a fantastic dinner at Mastro's. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Daniel Kim. Daniel elevated the entire evening and made us feel truly taken care of.

I took my grand daughter to Mastro's for her 19th birthday. She absolutely loved the crab cakes and lobster mashed potatoes. We both had Chilean sea bass, her pan sheared mine blackened. I preferred the taste and texture of the blackened buy both ways were outstanding. She didn't care much for my Brussel sprouts but I thought they were great with some lemon juice on them. This was my first time eating at Mastro's and it definitely won't be my last time. I will definitely be dining here again soon.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food, service and overall dining experience was exceptional. All the wait staff was very attentive and both managers came over to make sure we had no issues. Then the next day we received a call to ask how our dining experience was. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Amazing experience at this location. The only negative was that it was very crowded and noisy. I understand it was Saturday and crowded. The staff did a great job at accommodating me to a table that was less noisy. There was an issue with the food and the server immediately took care of it. At no point did anybody make me feel like I was inconvenient. The staff really wanted me to enjoy my experience. Amazing!

Service was great. Food was pretty good as well. The vibe was a little older feeling and there were a few dress code violations that weren't addressed. Overall it's a nice spot, but I think there are a few other steakhouses that have a better upscale and vibrant atmosphere.

Lovely dinner at Mastro's City Hall. Steaks were great. Sea food was awful. One in our party ordered Sea bass — came out completely over cooked. Rather than take it back and re cook it properly they came out with a lemon buerre blanc sauce to bury the fact that it was overcooked. Order steak!

I always have an outstanding experience. Chris was excellent in all aspects and the food was absolutely delightful in appearance, cook, and taste. We were there for my wife's birthday and she had an amazing time and really loved her meal and that chocolate sin cake Definitely will be back

Super busy. Food quality does not match pricing. Ordered 2 $80 steaks, one medium rare, other well done. Kitchen cooked the wrong temperature on wrong steak. Had to switch steaks between us which were different cuts with different toppings. Sides came out cold, not even a hint of being warm. Crab cocktail and lobster bisque were awesome, deserts were awesome!! Service was average but they were super busy. Overall a super nice restaurant but a below average experience with main course.
