We've been to Mastros's City before, first time here in North Scottsdale. Great experience, perfect to celebrate our 40th anniversary! Food was top notch as was the service from all. My wife did have the wedge salad; it was a little disappointing overall. We expressed our concerns, and they took care of it. But we are definitely looking to go back again!
As always the food was great. We tried a new menu item, ROASTED GARLIC JUMBO BLACK TIGER PRAWN, and it's delicious! The only disappointment was how our take home items were boxed. We decided to take the dessert home and when we opened the box the butter cake was a crumbled mess. It was apparently just shoved into a too small box. No care taken at all.
Was there celebrating my wife's birthday. We love the restaurant however, there was group of gentlemen seated behind us that was somewhat raucous and overbearing. They would have been better off seated in the bar area. Other than that it was splendid as usual.
